Just when I was beginning to wonder where all the buyers went...... I made a significant price reduction one of my listings recently that is gorgeous to begin with and in a good location. Not 2 hours after I changed it in MLS, the phones started ringing, I had 4 showings that day and an offer. It was just another reminder that when I hit the right price threshold, they buyers that are waiting in the wings will step forward. Sometimes I have wondered if there were and buyers left, but this was a great reminder. It seems to happen every time. Pricing can be challenging here, what the comps support may often not produce showings. So... don't be discouraged, there are buyers out there and if we hit the price they will step forward. This is just part of the market correction we are currently in.

She has very bad temper. Since she was an infant, within just a few days old, she’s already demonstrated her temper by pulling her hair and scratching her face when she’s in anger.
When I said she pulled her hair, she really pulled them off her head — bunches of hair being pulled off. And when she scratched her face, she scratched until she bleeds.
She likes doing those stunts when she protests. Now, as she grows older, she’d sit on the floor, hit her head on the floor until her forehead bruised.

The kindly dentist assured me that he would gradually increase the dosage and within 5 – 10 minutes I would feel nothing. Once I felt nothing, he would proceed. I had nothing to worry about, not at all. After half an hour and an ever increasing dose of pain medication, I was still lively and alert. He upped the dosage again and again and again. After an hour and a half I was dosed. I have a vague recollection that sounded like “enough to put out a cart horse!” and then nothing. To this date, I do not know if I need more anesthetic than Mrs. Average or whether I just need longer for it to take effect?I have reason to recall this incident as I sit by the bedside of my son in the Emergency Room. Threshold’s singer Andrew "Mac" McDermott has decided to leave the band for good. "Mac's still not been in touch directly but he wrote a statement on the band forum confirming that he's left", states keyboarder Richard West. Former singer Damian Wilson, who already stood in at the band’s shows at Metal Camp and Earthshaker festival, will continue helping out Threshold vocal-wise. "Damian's agreed to do the next shows and hopefully we can work out a way for him to do all the remaining tour dates."

The last month has pushed me over my threshold repeatedly but the last 2 weeks have been particularly difficult. I've never been a big fan of change but now that I understand why change occurs and that the end result can be positive (if I make the choice to see the positive), it's become easier.Notice I said easier...not easy. Change still isn't my favorite thing in the world.Today I found a bit of clarity though and I have Bill Harris to thank yet again. My internal map of reality is changing and pushing me above my threshold so I've been uncomfortable. I'm uncomfortable seeking copywriting jobs with ad agencies because it's new territory. With the band's debut, I was expecting the same excellent heavy blues rock. Did I get what I was expecting? Well, yes and no. Yes in that I got an excellent classic rock album. No in that this is NOT the same heavy blues rock that dominated the Medusa album. The band on here has a slightly softer sound, with elements of psychedelia and the early progressive rock elements of the days.
