I recently enjoyed a bottle of 2006 Selbach Oster Graacher Domprobst Auslese* over a three day period. I love the '06's from the Middle Mosel . . .especially Auslese and above. Johannes Selbach had one of his greatest vintages ever. This exhibited a wonderful diaphenous quality with thick lemon-tangerine almost gumdrop-like fruit, tangy acidity and a thick texture.
