The folks over at Engadget "have got it on authority" that the iPhone's next iteration is already being tested by certain individuals at Apple. According to their source, the 2G iPhone will be about the same size, only thicker than the current iPhone and sport 3G Internet capabilities and have true GPS. The back of the phone is reportedly just like The iPod Observer said, totally black and glossy.
