After Terrell Owens scored an easy Touchdown last night against the Packers, he did a very unique end zone celebration. He grabbed some popcorn from a guy and ate some. I guess he liked the show as much as we did. I’m really surprised that he didn’t get a 15 yard penalty for that one whatever. Check out the celebration.

With this short holiday week I almost forgot about crowning the Fantasy Football MVP from last weekend. This week I went with Terrell Owens.
It was a tough decision considering the great performances of Brady and Moss. In the end I figured Owens had more yards than Moss and I am just coming to expect Brady to have games like that this year. Brady had 373 yards and 5 touchdowns while Moss had 10 catches for 128 and 4 touchdowns.
A few other solid performances to mention are Chester Taylor with 164 yards and 3 touchdowns and Owens QB, Tony Romo, who had 293 and 4 touchdowns.
Owens posted 8 catches for 173 yards and 4 touchdowns. This was no doubt responsible for a win or two in fantasy leagues everywhere.

The unfortunate situation with Bud Mackey presented an opportunity for another guard to grab a spot in IU’s 2008 recruiting class and Terrell Holloway made a claim to that opening late Monday evening with a verbal to the Hoosiers.
The 6′1″ Holloway, a New York native, was an unknown to most Hoosier fans until a couple of weeks ago when he visited Hoosier Hysteria. Now he’s the newest member of the 2008 class.

Indiana has added a fourth member to the 2008 recruiting class and it’s 6′0″ point guard Terrell Holloway. Holloway is rated among the top 150 players in his class according to Rivals.com and one of the top 20 point guards according to Scout.com. Holloway selected IU over Tennessee and Virginia.
Well the much anticipated head-to-head match-up between two of the NFL’s top teams - the New England Patriots and the Dallas Cowboys - and two of the NFL’s premiere wide receivers - Randy Moss and Terrell Owens - finally went down on Sunday and it was a good one.
And while neither Randy nor Terrell had huge days, it was the resurgent Moss who showed why he’s the NFL’s top receiver and head and shoulders above the controversial Owens. Let me break it down for you:
Randy Moss has a great smile.
It’s warm, effortless, and makes you feel like he’s just a big kid who enjoys playing ball.
What a goofball.
Terrell Owens on the other hand, well …
Look, I’m not saying that T.O. doesn’t have a good smile. The man clearly has a nice mouth, and that counts for a lot when you’re talking smiles.
But whereas Randy’s grin begins in his heart and exits his face, T.O. seems to say cheese strictly for the cameras and not for himself.
After an what seemed like an endless string of dull, meaningless weeks, Terrell Owens is back in the news. The Cowboys wide receiver is suing the owners of a New York City nightclub for falsely claiming that he was hosting parties at the club. Owens says he knew nothing about the parties and has never even been to the club. The lawsuit seeks $100,000 in compensatory damages and at least $500,000 in punitive damages.
It’s shocking, but for once Owens seems to be on the honorable side of things. Nobody should be allowed to used Owens’ name without his permission—unless of course it’s Jeff Garcia spreading rumors about TO on the internet. It’s also interesting that Owens effectively put a $600,000 price tag on his name and likeness. If somebody has $600,000 to blow (this idea is for you Donovan McNabb), they could sell an Owens shirt that actually uses his likeness. After his first season during which he led the Cowboys in both receptions and touchdowns, but also led the team in dropped passes, will Terrell finally have the break-out season for the Cowboys like he had for the Eagles in 2004? If his recent surprise practice sessions at the Cowboys minicamp is any indication, then it would have to be a resounding yes.
Being an avid Cowboys fan, I have to admit that I, like most other fans of the “Boys”, did not exactly relish the acquisition in 2006 of such a volatile, yet talented player. I go further and admit I almost wished he had left in the off-season as was highly speculated. But if he can continue on the quick path of recovery from his finger surgery and not blow-up with the media, then maybe I will be able to proudly hail him as a true Dallas Cowboy.
