GMC Terrain is set to replace the Pontiac Torrent which recently made its debut at the Kuwait International Auto Show last month. According to sources the change is expected to come for the 2009 model year. Terrain Maps for Google Maps. They replaced the Hybrid Button with a new Terrain Button at Google Maps. The Terrain Maps shows relief maps with Mountains, Valleys, Rivers and Vegetation but also Buildings and Landmarks. Nice addition for Google Maps, gives a detailed look at geographical elements. The former Hybrid View can now be accessed by clicking the Satellite Button and checking the Show Labels box.

Google Maps has just added a very nice new feature - terrain view. This isn’t satellite images, but rather it is map-ish terrain views. It’s very pleasing to the eye.
To make room for this new feature, the “hybrid” button has been removed and you now are given a “Show labels” checkbox when viewing in Satellite mode.

Je ne voulais pas spécialement réagir sur le match d'hier soir mais plutôt sur la retransmission en elle-même par TF1.
En effet, nous avons eu le droit à plusieurs reprises à quelques plans du président Sarkozy accompagné du président de la fédération française de rugby. Rien de bien méchant, quoique juste un plan m'aurait suffit largement.
Ce qui attire plus mon attention, c'est ce que TF1 c'est permis tout juste après le premier essai français de Dusautoir, bien avant de filmer la réaction des joueurs ou même celle de Bernard Laporte et de son staff.

It's called MapWow and it takes the Google Maps API and uses it so that you can explore the terrain of the World of WarCraft "world" using the same tools as Google Maps! You can zoom in and zoom out with the controls at the top left and you can move around by dragging the map.
