OCIA.net has posted their review of the NZXT Tempest Steel Midtower Case. Below is a direct quote from the review:

The NZXT Tempest Case will be a big hit amongst enthusiasts. Affordability is obviously very important to most folks and this case is very well priced considering what’s included. Airflow is crucial and with 6 included fans (4×120mm & 2×140mm) this case is king in that department. HDD storage space is also vital and with [...]
The High Court in Auckland has relaxed bail conditions to allow Tame Iti to travel to Europe to play a part in a play that ironically explores sovereignty issues and unlawful detention in an uneasy post 9/11 world. Tame Iti, a veteran Maori activist, was arrested in Ruatoki on October 15 2007 during the so-called anti-terror raids and was later released on bail. Conclusion of his case is pending. The fish hit the fan the other day with the publication the New York Times article regarding the risk of mercury in tuna, which I covered in my entry Some More Mercury With Your Tuna? But was it junk science? Or was it something that needed to be said? Rebuttals came swiftly, and among them, [...]

Amitabh's Shakespearean 'Tempest' rocks TorontoHe’s the last ‘King’ of Bollywood. Even at the other side of 60, Amitabh Bachchan is the reigning Shahenshah of moviedom. And no flames of Aag can lick this man. But all those suffering a momentary loss of faith have to do is view Rituparna Ghosh’s movie which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival last week. Even Shakespeare must’ve stirred from his 400-year-old slumber on hearing Big B’s rendition of his play. It had the celeb-studded audiences enthralled all right. His almost theatrical performance as an ageing Shakespearian actor leaves you feeling, ‘Yes! All the world’s definitely a stage’ for Amitabh Bachchan. Truly.
“Ironically, the role I play is that of an actor in Bengal, and in my early days I actually did do a lot of English amateur theatre there. This film gives a realistic approach not just to contemporary Calcutta, but to theatre and Shakespeare which many of yo
Three new retro titles heading to Xbox Live Arcade have emerged this morning thanks to the very useful ESRB website which has cleared them for arrival on Microsoft's box. Asteroids, Missile Command and Tempest are all listed for the download service, the first being exciting because we can't wait to see what kind of particle effects can be shoe-horned in, the second because we were still hammering it in San Francisco bar at GDC and the third... well, is Tempest. Obviously there's no word on pricing or release dates yet, but we'll let you know as soon as we get any concrete details. Tags: xbla, missle command, asteroids, tempest, xbox live

House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi of California is getting a lot of flap after requesting use of C-32, a military version of the Boeing 757-200 aircraft, which could fly to California without refueling. Many believe her request is out of line. Others think it is okay, given her concerns about security and the Pentagon's agreement after 911 to provide the House Speaker who is second in line of presidential succession with a military plane for added security. That of course, would be based on availability. But that request has fired off a great deal of controversy. Planegate has begun. Anyone experiencing turbulence? Could this be a storm in a teapot? In her defense, the Speaker said her concerns are about travel and not transportation, and would be prepared to fly by commercial airline, but added, the House Sergeant-at-arms Office, urged her to continue Hastert's practice of using Air Force transport. Her request came after learning on her first trip that her plane would not make it across th
You have no idea how hard it was to find the proper shorthand for proportions through Google. My Math was always garbage anyway…
I’ve seen Space Giraffe dubbed “an unnoficial sequel to Tempest 2000” a few times. Looking at the video for the game it’s easy to see why, Space Giraffe looks like Tempest in the same way that you can see Asteroids in Geometry Wars.
If you were to ask me what my favorite Arcade game of all time was I’d easily nominate Tempest and am really looking forward to seeing this title hit the XBox Live Arcade. For more on Space Giraffe check out 1up.com’s exclusive look at Jeff Minter’s Xbox Live Arcade game.

What an oxymoron the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine has turned out to be. This vegan organization has one colossal ax to grind with their archrival, Darth Atkins. This is an old score that they’ve unfairly flung in front of the public before, all in the effort to squash the low carb idea and its adherents.
The first time was when Robert Atkins suffered his fatal accident, a cran
The Tempest one-shot was released this month from Alias Enterprises and Community Comics. For those of you who are out of the loop, it's a jam book with proceeds going to the Salvation Army for use in disaster relief. Some hot talents like Phil Hester, Randy Green and Javier Saltares lent their artistic skills to the book, while the always talented Ben Avery (ArmorQuest, Lullaby, The Hedge Knight) provided the words.I had the honor of coloring several pages for the book, and I'd encourage everybody to go out and buy a copy or five. It's a great book and a truly worthy cause. If your local shop didn't order the book, never fear -- Community Comics will be selling them directly through their website very soon. For more information, check out the press release.
