      Tired Of Doing Tasks Lately!
I have been so tired lately and I don't feel grabbing any task though from PPP, neither. I am kind a bored of blogging though. But I am sure it is just probably today, I will be more fine tomorrow, hope so. Well, I am doing good, just a little bit busy here, doing some laundry, prepare some food for my son, taking good care of him at the same time while blogging really worn me out sometimes, so I guess I need sometimes to relax for a while. Anyway, we just got home around 10 in the evening last night, we just had our dinner at bd's mongolian barbeque and then we went to Children's Place to buy a shoes for my boy. And then, we went to Kmart afterwards to buy some things for the bathroom. And then, when I got home, I had one task to finish so I was done like 12 am so I didn't have time

13 Crucial Tasks To Teach Your Children
I’m all about teaching my kids how to do things by themselves. Sure, it’s great for them to be self-reliant, but it’s even better for them to take a little of the load off of me. While I could have named this 1001 Things To Teach Your Kids, I’ve got crap to get accomplished while the boys are folding, stuffing and stamping the Christmas cards. 1. Teach your kids to gift wrap. Buy cheap paper and don’t expect perfection. Then again, if you have a kid like Porter, after a couple of years he’ll invent something like this. View A: View B: It looks like Porter wrapped two presents for Drew. The Big Reveal: It’s Two-Sided Wrapping!! How Does He Do It?? I don’t know. I let him run amok with the wrapping supplies and this is what happens. He tells me that for best results, you should turn and move the gift each day to a different spot under the tree so your prey believes he has more presents than he actually does. 2. I came across thes

Creating simple tasks calendar for SharePoint sidebar
I needed view of SharePoint calendar where I can see not accomplished activities from beginning of calendar until tomorrow. If you ask me why I needed something like this, there is a simple answer: this calendar contains almost everything that is going on (mainly different milestones and deadlines). As it is common calendar and everybody wants to see everything then there is no need for personalized filter. And there was one more requirement - there must be support for states of tasks describing if event is planned, done or canceled, so we can show in sidebar calendar only the planned tasks or events. Here is my solution to this problem. Create new calendar if you don't have one. Add new column called Begin Date. Follow the instructions given in my previous post Fil

Thankful That There Are Pending Tasks All The Time
While msn-ing with my blogging pal just now, I told her that I should be grateful that there are tons and tons of pending tasks awaiting me to complete. To me, pending tasks mean income. The more pending tasks I have, the more income flowing into my life. We should be worried if there aren't any tasks or assignments awaiting us.

      Kill Tasks from Command Prompt
Recently, my friend’s computer was attacked by a virus and his task manager stopped working. The Task Manager was opening, but it wasn’t showing any processes running at all. So to fixed that, I went through many websites and looked for number of Task Manager alternatives. While searching, I came across a very interesting Windows XP/Command Prpmpt trick (don’t remember the site). You could actually view and kill processes from Command Prompt if your Windows Task Manager stops working for some reason. Kill Tasks in Command Prompt To kill the tasks from the Command Prompt, open Command Prompt by navigating to Start > All Programs > Accessories and select Command Prompt. Alternatively Command Prompt can be opened by typing cmd in Run. After you open Command Prompt, type “tasklist” (without the quotes) for a list of all the running processes. A list will be shown, and following every process name you could see a number, something like 1288. This is the

LEADERSHIP: WHAT ARE THE KEY TASKS?
(This is an encore presentation of one of my most popular posts over the last 3 years) A critical element of being an effective leader is understanding or defining those TASKS that must be achieved to ensure that LEADERSHIP will occur. Then the next question to be asked is, “What personal characteristics are necessary to carry out each of those TASKS”? The position taken here is that there are seven such tasks, each of which can be briefly represented by a word or phrase: - VISION - MANAGEMENT - EMPOWERMENT - POLITICS - FEEDBACK - ENTREPRENEURSHIP - PERSONAL STYLE. VISION: The task of VISION is to clarify the overall goals of the organization. A group of people without direction is merely a mob—free spirited perhaps, even joyous, but without purpose, still merely a collection of bodies. No matter how talented or motivated the individual members of a group may be, they can not be collectively effective without a central focus. A leader must establish, describe and chart the future
