This year, Fila has been on a mission to re-establish themselves among the footwear elite by aligning their brand with hip-hop’s finest. Pictured is collaboration with Wu-Tang on this all-weather two-tone boot. You’ll notice the Wu detailing with C.R.E.A.M. on the tongue and the Wu-Tang logo on the side and rear. Look for these at [...]
This is another one of those great finds, a rare Wu-Tang mixtape circa '96-97 that you could only get at skate shops. Classic mixtape flavor while I wait for the 2am intermediate advisory. Although it looks like Ike is going to smack Northern Cuba with Category 4 fury. Comforting that we averted it, but the fact that Cuba is getting hit yet again this season -- not so much.Excerpt:Mystagogue Vol.

Yeah.Wu Tan Clan’s latest release isn’t a record or movie project but an online chess platform, called WuChess, “the world’s first online chess and urban social network” as they call it themselves. They continue describing it “a unique hip-hop gaming, subscription-b

Alright, being a a huge Wu fan, I bugged out when I found out that they are making a video to "The Heart Gently Weeps." I liked the song (although the beat was kind of jumbled and overdone) and I've been wanting another Wu video from 8 Diagrams. Here's a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the video, which was supposed to come out today. Also, here's a link to the song itself.

Wu-Tang Clan’s fifth album, ‘8 Diagrams’, comes at a time of group strife. Raekwon has called Wu ringleader and beatmaker RZA a “hip-hop hippie” and says the beats on the new album are too cerebral. And it’s true: While the minimalist production and movie samples evoke ‘Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)’, ‘8 Diagrams’ is not exactly bringing da muthafucking ruckus. But it kicks into high gear with the safari-movie-sounding “Rushing Elephants,” and other highlights include “Unpredictable” and “Take It Back.” Throughout, the usual Wu-Tang samurai and chess metaphors are mixed with pop-culture references and bizarre narrative interludes. Almost everyone is in fine form, especially Method Man, Inspectah Deck and Ghost, though Ghost is notably absent on the appropriately beautiful/chaotic ODB tribute, “Life Changes.” Holding the whole thing together are RZA’s beats. Understated, a
TMZ Captured this video of a paparazzi having some words with a Wu-Tang clan fan. The paparazzi and the wu-fan battle it out a little in this street fight video. Both fighters are far from technical, but interesting to watch, tons of holes that could have been exploited… luckily no one got badly hurt… I really don’t condone street fighting…

The album is supposed to be released October 23, 2007 and it’s first single is rumored to be called “Watch Your Mouth”. Shit, I cant wait it’s about damn time the Wu come back instead of doing those pointless ass remix records.
Despite some obvious similarities to the Wu-tang Clan, D12 really didn’t warrant comparison to the 9 man strong team as individuals.
If Detroit emcees were to band together and do a Wu tribute album (purely hypothetical) or form a parallel version of the group, this is how they would form together (like Voltron!).
RZA - The ring leader - Has to be none other than J Dilla. Aside from fulfilling both emcee/producer capabilities, it’s the actual similarity in the quality of production and the sometimes lacklustre emceeing (see RZA on Ras Kass’ “The End”) that makes this an obvious choice.
GZA - The wise leader - Another easy one - Less scientific but Phat Kat has been putting in work since the days of 1st Down with his old running mate droppin’ knowledge and schooling cats.
Method Man - The star - Stole the spotlight on the initial album without necessarily knowing he would (”M-E-T-H-O-D MAN”). That would be Obie Trice. Through all the
