All you need for this is a working version of Adobe Flash.If you cant see whats happening, basically the effect is that the desktop looks like its moving back and forth.So all I am doing here is tweening 2 instances of the desktop (which i Print Screened) over a static instance. Then all you do is full screen the SWF on your targets desktop. The expansion of Australian banks and other financial institutions into China has been widely reported over the last 2 years. However, looks like the focus may be reversing where Chinese financial institutions, spurred by rapid growth and high share prices, are now targeting well developed Australian banks. From an article in the WSJ, ANZ bank looks like it could be the most likely target. While current regulations prevent a full takeover, a large share of 20% could be taken which would provide an immediate boost to the shares. There are a few key points in that article which I have listed below that justify this view.- UBS saw the most logical target as Australia & New Zealand Banking Group, which has ambitions to expand in Asia. Hilton Hotels Corp. [HLT-N] today reported that shareholders approved the company’s $20.1-billion (USD) sale to The Blackstone Group LP [BX-N]. Under the terms of the Hilton Hotels takeover/buyout, Blackstone will pay Hilton shareholders $47.50 per share in cash. Including assumed debt, the total deal is valued at $26-billion. Shares of Hilton Hotels rose 14 cents to $46.12 during afternoon trading. Blackstone Group shares rose 23 cents to $23.88. Microsoft RIM… doesn’t sound too bad, eh? Well, definitely doesn’t sound too bad for Research in Motion (RIM-T) shareholders, whose shares rose today on speculation that the Canadian-maker of the BlackBerry handheld device could be bought by Microsoft Corp (MSFT-Q). Waterloo-based RIM’s shares rose $2.10, or 2.42 percent, to $88.90 in Toronto. Meanwhile in the U.S., the stock climbed $2.18 (USD), or 2.66 percent, to $84. Microsoft shares also seemed to be advantageous to the rumours, who rose 24 cents, or 0.8 percent, to $28.83. The takeover chatter also made its way into the currency market, helping send the Canadian dollar up by a third of a cent. The Canadian dollar traded at 94.65 cents from Tuesday’s close of 94.30.
