I look forward to American Idol every year even though it's largely a crap-shoot for me. If I get into the current season, I get really, really into it (bordering on obsession). Elgin Symphony bassists Scott Rosenthal and Tim Shaffer (and Tim's wife Lynn) discover the joys of Photobooth.  Hopefully the Elgin Symphony will use these photos in their upcoming publicity campaigns.           Nosferatu is the first film adaptation based off of Bram Stoker’s famous novel, Dracula. Released in 1922, this silent film has become a staple in horror film and is a must see for any horror film lover. Because the film was an unauthorized adaptation of Dracula, the characters names were changed so “Count Dracula” became “Count Orlok”, and “vampire” became “Nosferatu”.           Two versions of Nosferatu are provided for you to watch.
