Regardless of their apparent growing pains, they at least have one extremely enviable trait. They communicate with their members and are big enough to admit when mistakes are made. Furthermore, they explain (sometimes ad nauseum) what their mistakes were and how they are doing to remedy these glitches.

Fortunately, all but one of these people had recovery CD's - luckily I just happened to have a recovery CD for the other person. But the lesson is - keep the recovery CD safe - backup up your important data regularly and always ensure you have sufficient protection when surfing the web.

I’m not a food snob, really. I occasionally enjoy toasties with plastic cheese and white supermarket bread and I’ve been known to enjoy a mug of instant soup just as much as home-made (Cup-a-soup creamy chicken and corn, nyum nyum!). However, when it comes to things baked or sweet, for some reason I find myself blanching at the thought of buying instant or premade anything. I pale at the thought of biscuits from a packet (except the biscuits that I use for the base of my cheesecake and Tim Tams), I frown at the notion of cartons of pourable custard and I sniff disdainfully at the idea of buying puff pastry.

Well, I finally made it back to class. But I made it back to class finally!First, the back report. My back is still screwed up, but it's getting better every day. I'm still optimistic. I'm moving okay during the day... today in particular, I was stiff all day but no significant pain. At night, however, I'm just dying. But all of that aside, I made it back to class. I didn't spar today, and tried to take it easy. I think I might be up to rolling light on Friday. Hopefully.I'm glad I made it back today, because technique this week is half guard reversal/sweeps. I'll try to post the particulars of the techniques on Friday, but they're definitely some moves that I can use. Mostly, it was just good to be back at class.
