Alright, the images below are of the Nokia N96, or so we are led to believe, and well judging from 5 mystifying images which surfaced at Mobile-Review, it looks like Nokia's N96, which by the way holds a somewhat similar appearance to the N81, although jazzed up slightly, has actually leaked out.Although there are no specifications as yet available, it does look like it has a 5 megapixel camera, whit the usual Carl Zeiss lens, plus dual flash with a hot black motif.

We’ll be the first to admit that the first “real” photographs of Meizu’s M8 still appear mighty doctored, but hey, so long as the final product looks this good, we’ll be content. Nevertheless, the firm has made available three supposed snapshots for us to drool over, and while we’re far beyond the point of actually believing anything these guys say in regard to a release date, the latest news on that front has the finalized unit ready for testing by the year’s end. ‘Course, there’s still no set date for actually getting it into the needy hands of consumers everywhere, but the most recent price estimates peg the 4GB M8 at 2,380CNY ($314) and the 8GB version at 2,880CNY ($380). According to a report by German site Heise Online, movie production giant Universal Studios "stepped out" of their exclusive HD-DVD deal with Toshiba. This rumored information, spilled through a press conference held by Blu-Ray advocates Pioneer, also came with a mention that Universal was the last of the exclusive HD-DVD format supporters in Hollywood.Major publishing giants Paramount and Warner also stepped down from the HD-DVD exclusive agreement with Toshiba, some time before Universal followed suit. It was publicly announced that Universal would be supporting the HD-DVD format back in January, but following this development coming from the pro-Blu-Ray camp, Universal might have chosen to stay neutral in the HD format wars.And if this development is of any consequence, it might give Sony a level battlefield with Toshiba in vying for domination of the future HD movie format. Well, everyone has enjoyed "Take Control" and as we all know it's the 1st single, but yesterday a new Amerie track surfed on the internet called "Gotta Work" and is said to be her 1st single, trust me I am confused, but I guess "Take Control" was a promo only for her new upcoming album "Because I Love It".
