However, I can't test it out as it seems like they haven't implemented yet in their search engine. I wonder could it be something similar to the Cluster Search Engine (Clusty). Could it be yahoo steal the concept from Clusty? Maybe something more advance than this?So the first question you or I may ask, will Structured web Search by Yahoo can beat Google? I honestly don't know because I can't try. They just said it soon to be rolled out. If I want to give my best guess, I will say "No way, Structured Web Search by Yahoo cannot beat Google". Yes, that is only based on my feeling until I really try it out. Maybe I've already fallen in love with Google. Opss...Related Post:Cluster Search Engine by Vivisimo

What are the Advantages of Structured Settlement Mutual Funds?
When you have been awarded a settlement due to arbitration or through the order of a judge as a result of a lawsuit, one of the options open for receiving the award is by accepting structured mutual funds. But is this really a smart way to go? The fact is that it can be an ideal way of getting the most from the settlement. Here are a couple of reasons why. Mutual funds are considered to be relatively safe in most markets. That is not to say that there is no risk involved whatsoever. However, the potential to realize more income from your settlement if it is invested in a mutual fund account is very real. When your situation is such that you do not need the settlement money to handle medical bills or provide revenue to fund home care, it is a very wise move to invest the money in something promises a higher yield than just a standard savings account. If you can manage without having to rely on payments from your settlement to take care of ongoing expenses, this can be a great way to bui

You Can Get Cash For Your Structured Settlements!
By: Paul ShermanStructured settlements are financial packages or financial agreements permitting a settlement to be paid through an annuity via regularly scheduled installments either for a fixed period or for the lifetime of the claimant. Because it is tailor-made for individual cases, the structured settlement may also include some immediate payment to cover special requirements. The payments are typically funded by annuities, reinsurance, or occasionally U.S. government obligations. The structured settlements are mostly setup for lawsuit settlements, insurance settlements, lottery awards, casino and jackpot winnings and contest payments.Structured settlements have not always been available. In 1982, Congress passed The Periodic Payment Settlement Act of 1982 (Public Law 97-473), as a way to make large settlements more agreeable to parties and provide certain protection to victims. It also encouraged people to use them by granting them tax-free status. As a result, many people now choo

Dow Down 146, or Lesson Number 316 That Structured Credit REALLY Matters
Talk about a trading range today - about 300 points for the Dow and we nearly nearly tested upward resistance at S&P 1490 only to hit at brick wall at the 50 day moving average in the 1484 area and then see the index close down at 1455. C'mon did you really expect that all would be forgotten and that Friday's low was a buying opportunity? There were a lot of 'sparkies' out there thinking that, apparently. This is not last February and a brief Shanghai stock market plunge. The market is dealing with some pretty complicated stuff that will make it hard for the short-attention-span people to keep from buying on every dip.Last night I briefly ruminated that bad news in structured credit (eg. subprime), or corporate high yield credit would spur carry trade unwinding. It happened again today.Let me be clear: Carry trade unwinding is driven in large part by the perception that risk taking ability is dropping here in the U.S. due to recent structured credit troubles. What is a Structured Settlement?
How structured settlements workSimply defined, structured settlements involve the payment of damages—over time—to an injured party. Some settlements can result from voluntary arrangements, as in the case of a pre-trial settlement. Or, they may be court ordered – when the settlement involves a minor, for example. Other structured settlements involve no litigation at all.Although at least part of the settlement must be promised for payment at some future point, the payments may be scheduled for any length of time – even for the claimant’s lifetime. Payment schedules are designed to meet claimant needs and can include:• installment payments,• a lump sum payment made in the future, or• a combination of installments and a lump sum.Payments can be made according to a fixed schedule of specific amounts. Or, several different payment streams can be combined to achieve a more flexible settlement structure. The most important aspect of a structured settlement arrangement is that

      Structured Settlements Canada
What Is a Structured Settlement? In a Structured Settlement in Canada the defendant or Casualty Insurance Company purchases an annuity from a major Canadian Life Insurance Company and the payments from that annuity are irrevocably directed to the injured party or claimant. It should be noted that the annuity and the irrevocable direction can never be changed or collapsed once the settlement is finalised. The monthly payments are designed to sustain the injured party for a protracted period and the recipient is effectively protected from losing, wasting or even giving away the settlement funds. In most cases we recommend a lifetime plan. These Structured Settlements guarantee that the claimant will never run out or "outlive" the money. The Life Insurance Company and The Defendant Insurance Company both guarantee these payments that are a combination of return of capital and the interest that is generated over the term of the annuity. The claimant receives all of

      The Structured Settlement
What Is a Structured Settlement?Sometimes when a plaintiff settles a case for a large sum of money, the defendant, the plaintiff's attorney, or a financial planner consulted in association with the settlement, will propose paying the settlement in installments over time rather than in a single lump sum. When a settlement is paid in this manner it is called a "structured settlement". Often the structured settlement will be created through the purchase of one or more annuities, which guarantee the future payments.A structured settlement can provide for payment in pretty much any schedule the parties choose. For example, the settlement may be paid in annual installments over a number of years, or it may be paid in periodic lump sums every few years.Benefits of a Structured SettlementOne significant advantage of a structured settlement is tax avoidance. With appropriate set-up, a structured settlement may significantly reduce the plaintiff's tax obligations as a result of the settlement,

      Structured Settlements in UK
“A structured settlement is the payment of money for a personal injury claim where at least part of the settlement calls for future payment. The payments may be scheduled for any length of time – usually as long as the claimant’s life – and may consist of instalment payments and/or future lump sums. Payments can be in fixed amounts or they can vary. The schedule is structured to meet the financial needs of the claimant.”Typically, a structured settlement will involve the defendant’s insurer purchasing an annuity from a life office to discharge its liability to the claimant. In the UK, all structured settlement cases to date have involved personal injury cases. In most of the cases, the extent of the injuries has been considerable and there has often, but not always, been a significant reduction in the life expectancy of the claimant. The life office undertakes extensive medical underwriting and provides an impaired life annuity, usually on materially better terms than would

Importance of Trade Finance & Structured Trade Finance for Importers and Exporters of Commodities?
Trade finance is the method importers and exporters of commodities and goods use to finance their business. Basically, trade finance has been in existence for many thousands of years - and one can trace the roots of trade finance and structured trade finance right back to the early days of China and the silk route, Mesopotamia and Europe. Trade Finance was around long before Europeans settled in America and long before the world’s stock markets were born! Today, trade finance is a massive, multi-billion dollar business. As the world trades more and more goods and commodities are bought and sold, so more and more banks and financiers are needed to lend money to finance the purchase and sale of these goods and commodities - right across the global supply chain. How is trade finance and structured trade finance useful? Take an example: imagine you are a trader in cocoa beans in Cote d’Ivoire, buying beans locally and selling them to foreign buyers. Selling Structured Settlements For Personal Injury Claims
Author: Fred Jones A structured settlement is an agreement by which a party that loses a personal injury lawsuit (the actual payor is usually an insurance company) agrees to pay the judgment to the winner using payments over a period of time rather than payment in lump sum. This future income stream can if desired sold to a third party in exchange for a lump sum payment. The typical procedure is as follows (details may vary according to state law):   (1) The seller sends documentation including information about the insurance company, the amount of the settlement, and the payment plan to the potential buyer.   (2) The potential buyer makes a purchase offer.   (3) The seller (if interested) sends the potential buyer a copy of his structured settlement policy and the settlements agreement.   (4) The seller and the buyer draw up an agreement detailing the proposed transaction.   (5) The seller and the buyer submit the agreement along with an application to the court for approval

Immediate Cash For Your Structured Settlement - How Do You Get It?
By Jamie ShermanMany companies are now advertising that they will give you cash for your structured settlement. It sounds like a good idea to you but you want more information. This article will attempt to answer your questions. You probably have clicked on this article because you have won a lawsuit and have been awarded a structured settlement. Many states now make this a mandatory part of settling big claims: the kind you receive after a major injury or death due to malpractice and workmen’s compensation lawsuits. This kind of settlement breaks down your award into smaller payments received on a regular basis over a period of time; instead of, receiving one lump sum at the end of the trial. The point of this long term payment plan is to insure that you will have money in the future if you need it. But this isn’t always practical. Sometimes, due to default, it is possible that you will never receive your full award; or, you may need money now instead of later. Is there a solution?C

Discover the secrets of silo-structured websites.
If you spend time reading e-books, lurking into internet marketing forums, you will see that the one of the most common marketing issue people are facing is: “How To Find A Profitable Niche?” Then, once the question is asked, anyone will provide information, tips, tricks, secrets… At the end, you have a big pool of ideas, but you’re still stuck with a resounding “So What!” In addition, you will find a lot of marketing blunders that we might call Myths: 1) Find untapped niches: Of course you can always dream to be the only one on earth to discover a niche. Of course, there will be hundreds of advertisers paying you $10 a click, or $50 a lead, or hundreds of publishers looking for affiliates for this untapped niche! If a niche is untapped, simply consider it does not exist: no traffic (or really low), no business model (no publisher, no advertiser…) Do you think that kind of niche is profitable? Could be, but in a year or two. Not now. Bottoml
