And since they did the criticism of “torture porn”, especially the kind centered on women, has been more vocal and harsh than ever. Now, you might disagree with said criticism. But the reality remains that a poster like this is likely to trigger the same kinds of comments. And since recent movies who were sold on similar concepts didn’t do too well on the boxoffice, it just seems like a marketing approach doomed to failure. In the last few weeks, I have had several e-mails and a few phone calls asking me to show a home. These requests are from people who have come across a home on my website and call me. While this is very cool and the goal of my website, it is not something I am open to. Rather than writing about my daily activities and such lately I’ve been more driven by essay writing. My mind is buzzing with thoughts constantly. I’m ready to write a book. I wish my friends were around to have some great people to listen to me. Normally I don’t have a lot to say. In the last 23 years I probably haven’t said my fair share. My friend Stephanie used to get on my case for never saying anything in class. Well, after this trip I’ll be making up for it. I have a lot to say now, more than ever before. Another great book to put on your "must read" list. This one was sent to me by my friend Pat and I think took me longer than usual to read do to the dark subject matter. Some things just turn my stomach. If you are either a foster or adoptive parent then it's a definite "must read" book for you.
