Last weekend being a bit cloudy I went on a boat ride to the middle of the Hussain Sagar lake to see the Buddha Statue. It is quite an impressive statue and the lake having just been cleansed of all the water Hycianth was quite pleasant. Looks like my Sony Ericsson P1i did quite a decent job in capturing the statue.You can take the boat to see the statue either from Eat Street on Necklace Road or from Lumbini Park. Kotobukiya makes some of the best collectible statues, like this one of DC Comic's Catwoman. She seems ready to rob a bank or sneak into a museum. For reasons unknown she has half of her boobs exposed. My only guess is that if a police officer or security guard spots her they'd be blinded by the boobage and she could get a chance to escape. On her back she has some kind of box, or maybe a laptop. It's nice to be able to check your e-mail even when stealing diamonds or hiding from Batman. You can buy this statue for about $50.

Based on the Marvel Zombies miniseries, this 12” statue made by Diamond Select features zombie Venom beating the shit out of zombie Spider-Man. Whoever wins, they both lose because they’re both dead. Couldn't resist. Someone sent me this today. Damage Report below, We need to tell you that there was some damage to the statue of the American Bison in front of the house in Big Sky. We did attempt to prevent the damage, throwing stones at, and hitting, the attacker. The attacker could not be dissuaded, and kept up his assault for eight hours. Salman Khan has refused the offer to put his wax statue in Madame Tussuads, London. If he had said yes then the controversial Khan would have been the fourth Bollywood actor to be honoured with a statuette at the prestigious wax museum, the earlier three being ex-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.

First up is some interesting news for those who need a Halo toy that goes beyond what Todd McFarlane can do (which is already amazing), comes a one of a kind statue that is being auctioned off on eBay of a female Spartan. The user is kindly donating 10% of the winnings to the “American Breast Cancer Foundation.” I found the link which was described on Digg as being “Super Hot” which already made me not want to like it, but as you can see, it is amazingly detailed with sniper rifle in hand, not all cartoony Jessica Rabbit over boobified/assified and such, this can easily be labeled as just plain bad ass. Not $1500 bad ass, but if you have the cash and you are that much of a fan boy, definitely place your bid cause you only have a couple of days left. (C
