We've covered thermo glasses and other thermo insulated kitchen stuff before, but this is as far as we know the first time someone has made the glasses stackable. They keep drinks hot or cold, and does not occupy the entire cupboard. Now, they're not as pretty as some of the other glasses we've shown you, and they don't have a cool brand name. But if you're only shopping for function, our guess is these glasses will do just fine at a fourth of the price (at least compared to the ones we found at MoMa recently). Glasses are dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe. Available in two sizes; 8 oz. and 11 oz. The small ones are USD 16:95 and the big ones are USD 21:95.
Ok, it may not be an officially licensed product, but the term Lego-esque certainly applies to this desktop calendar. In true Lego style, the sections can be stacked and configured into any pattern you choose—and changing the date is as simple as smacking the top of each brick. And we all know that relieving some stress by smacking something at the office can be good thing...except when it is a face and/or ass. Available for around $27 US. Did you know there's a division at MIT called the Smart Cities group? It's true, and judging by the designs the team puts out maybe we should just leave city planning to them from here on out. They have a two-seater electric buggy in the works called the City Car that can stack against other City Cars to cut down on space and make transporting easy. Six to eight cars are said to be able to fit in one conventional parking space. The cars are built around an omni-directional robot wheel, which not only allows for impressive maneuverability, but also contains the vehicle's electric-drive motor. City-goers will be happy to hear that the system allows for each wheel to turn 90 degrees, making parallel parking as easy as driving sideways. The City Car is due to be shown off next year. Until then, we have this video to ogle at the very least.More details here,
