Apparently Gabe Ruediger made some sexual comments regarding Bubba’s wife - apparently he would like to have sexual relations with Bubba’s wife. The incident further escalated when Bubba requested Gracie Tampa Black Belt Rob Kahn to fight Gabe Ruediger for $1,000 and Rob brushed Bubba off. Today’s BTLS show on Howard 101 should be interesting because of this issue and Dan Henderson will be in the studio!

Well, I know most of you would be watching what you eat, especially on a Monday, after all the binging during the weekend, but what if I told you I have a Wheat cake that you can make in a microwave and it would take you less than 15 mins to do it!! Yup, that got you interested, right?! So check out this really simple, healthy and wholesome Eggless Wheat Spongecake recipe that was sent to me by my sister-in-law Minal. She's a mother of 2 pre-teenagers who wreak havoc day in and day out! But they love her cake, and so do I!!! I haven't done the EDM weekly challenge for a few weeks, partly because I've been busy. Also, I think maybe it's one of those things that if you can just get out of the habit of doing. But since I have several sponges lying around, I don't really have an excuse not to do this one. So, here it is. I hope this means I'm back in the habit again!
