I wanted to take a minute today to strongly advise bloggers who are interested in monetization of their sites or blogs to avoid a pitfall I have seen today whilst surfing BlogMad and BlogExplosion and that's writing the SnapBomb - "Review SnapBomb" paid post. I have just been introduced to link spamming and wanted to share in case you are not aware of it.
I noticed a visitor to my site on my statcounter report that said they came from a domain name which had my own url listed in it. Example: lakelandmom.blogspot.1sponsor.blog4.com (actual url intentionally made incorrect). Now, this really got my attention. I'm thinking: who in the heck is stealing
When you are speaking with children, repeating yourself may sometimes be the key to getting yourself heard and understood. But you’re not speaking to children when you’re posting the same message over and over in forums, are you? Since you’re not, isn’t it safe to conclude that such tactics won’t work? Worse, they can even backfire on you! Here are five good reasons to avoid spamming in

Funny thing happened to me on the way to the Twitter client today. I tried to follow my friends band, Treaty of Paris, and I got a nice message from Twitter. I follow too many people. I need to follow less before I can add more.

Perhaps very few things can illustrate competition as vividly as the Web. After all, how can one website compete with thousands of other websites just like it?If the attention span of an average Internet user is as expansive as a search engine’s listing, then there’s nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, though, that is not the case. Very likely, a person conducting a search on the Internet w
I’ll never understand why these stupid WickedFire forum kids think they’re mastermind internet marketing wizards because they can do something so stupid as referrer spamming but apparently the little acne ridden troglodytes who frequent the profanity laden, self-proclaimed “gay webmaster forum” think they are God’s gift to making money online.

It is getting annoying cos this person by the name of 'erp' is commenting in more than 30 posts at one go and I wish to tell YOU - ERP - whoever you are, to stop doing that. Commenting in my posts will face only a simply deletion or reject from me cos you are spamming my posts with comments I deem inappropriate. So I ask that you stop wasting your time in commenting in all my posts - old and new cos I'm deleting them all. Don't spamming my blog with your comments!
Hong Kong Willie's keyword spamming on all of their attempts at blogging has already been addressed. Now let's take a look at how Hong Kong Willie uses keyword spamming on Flick'r photo titles. Below are just a few of the latest picture titles from their first trip to Key West in 2008. So I quote:"HONG KONG WILLIE IN BOOT KEYEXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT. As I stated in my very first post about Hong Kong Willie found here, Keyword Spamming is not a relevant or pure way to get the word out. Check the above article out because I used a simple poem to demonstrate Keyword Spamming. Now that Joe Brown of Hong Kong Willie has been keyword spamming for several years it is coming back to bite this Art Group in the ass. I only need one of the funniest keyword spamming that I found on the Internet about Hong Kong Willie to demonstrate how anyone can use Keyword Spamming to sell items and even promote their own agenda not related to Hong Kong Willie at all. I will quote the following article and then give you the link to see for yourself.

I feel like I need to apologize for being a little bit slow on doing more posts on the BMW E36 Blog. It’s just that I’ve discovered a website that is steeling my blog’s content and placing it on another domain. It’s not steeling my website content only, but it’s also steeling other websites’ [...]
It has been long since scammers first use despicable methods to con money in board light. We see stories in newspapers and documentary programmes, but there are still people who fall for the scams. We cannot blame the victims for being gullible because the shameless tricksters are too cunning to use love as the ultimate weapon. The anxiety of parents and grandparents towards the younger generation simply drives them vulnerable. The most well-known trick is to call the house during working hours when only the elderly are around. The scammers will claim that the owner’s son or grandson is kidnapped, detained or injured, in order to ask for money. Sometimes, the group of scammers may provide some background groaning sounds to pretend that the “victim” is in pain. If the person who picks u

It’s not from Google concerning my Google Page Rank and neither it is from PeePeePee.
Updates: The comment on my blogspot blog appears to be a prankster job. Read more about it at Hails Josh Lim Clone for Giving Me Lessons.
I received an e-mail notification today which I don’t normally receive but it was from someone great in Malaysia’s blogosphere. Josh Lim, the founder of local advertising platform, Advertlets has posted a comment on my old blogspot blog which are as stated below:
Damn sad that blogs like yours exist.
Poluting the blogosphere with spam.
Also damn sad to see how you practive being nice nice on WayneLiew.com but spam the internet with blogs like these.
I have to admit that I am still writing paid posts as I have admitted with Paid Posts - My Main Income Source. I continue to write it on my already Google Page Rank-zerofied blogspot blog since I am still getting opportunities but certainly not from PeePeePee.
The reason I am writing this post is to as
Today, one of my email on my other domain was used for spamming. That’s not new and I often get 1 or 2 per day. But today, I received about 1000+ email in 1-2 hour to that email like Mail not delivered, AutoNotify, Returned mail ….They all used the domain but with a non existent email like toto{@}mydomain.com.
That email is not normally busy and so, I never had to add a filter but I did activate the junk mail filter in Thunderbird.
If you ever get in that situation, you could add this in a filter when the From or Sender fields are:
deamon
postmaster
host-master
hostmaster
This is only a partial list and you may add to it.
The downside is that you may get a true Returned mail if you made a mistake sending a real email . You could however make a second filter to catch the whole email used in the body of the message.
What thing I can say is that a lot of people are in vacation on this Black Friday. I go a lot out of the office email

I heard from my friend that many people are worried if their websites are being banned from Google search engine. If Google bans a website, then the website will not get a good position for many keywords that user of Google search engine has typed. Moreover, you will never get higher traffic that you have expected before.
Most cases, Google will not ban a website without some strong reasons.

We’ve all had this experience: You login to your email account, excited to read messages from friends, relatives, co-workers, or your girlfriend perhaps. You view the link to your inbox, and it says you have five messages. Fervently, you open your inbox, your heart is racing, you sit up in your chair a bit, leaning forward closer to the computer as you get ready to enter a new dimension.
What do you find when the page finishes loading? Well, you see a spectacular cornucopia of diverse, informative topics referenced in the “subject” for each email:
“Erectile Dysfunction? Look no further - Viagra, 90% off!”
”Get a 200 year mortgage!”
“Reverse the aging process, regress back to infancy!”
“Make 10 million dollars per hour stuffing envelopes!”

Bharat Student is spamming on Orkut. It is a social networking site like orkut. This is for students in India. They spam communities. They put up posts that caries links which claim to give adult content but will lead you to Bharat Student.com registration page. They do give such content but i never tried it out as i hate registration. Several user have reported it.All the posts are put up by female(name). Here some question arises Who are these Females?? Are they real or fake profiles?? If they are real are the folks being paid by the company for doing it ??If BharatStudent.Com is paying someone to spam on Orkut. Why ? May be they want user to get registered in their site but this is of no use as the chances them use it regularly is bleak. May may not get registered only. All the links are shortened links like“tinyurl.com/1cc562″. So you never know where it leads to unless you click on it. Most of them ask to cut and paste in a new browser window. By doing so, they don’t get noticed
As I am now starting to build my own experience with advertiser campaigns in the PayPerPost marketplace I have realized some important guidelines I thought I would share with PayPerPost advertisers, from time to time. This is one of those times!
My first post is concerned with "comment spamming," a practice whereby advertisers contribute unsolicited brand dialog within a Blogger's post. Even when the post is sponsored and paid by the Advertiser, Bloggers typically do not appreciate advertiser comments within their comments section. Advertisers may sponsor the post, but the post's comments are for the blog readers and the blogger, themselves.
So remember, the comments section is typically reserved for a natural discussion of the blog post by blog readers, not advertisers. In fact, advertiser comments in a sponsored post may serve to defeat the intended purpose of creating a discussion about the brand. Although there may be some appropriate instance when advertisers may decide to ut

One of the things I love about this industry is that every day you discover people who are willing to test things out, that don’t simply take things as they are. Kuddos to them!
Shaun Anderson tried to figure out how Google would treat and index a title with 50 terms inside the tag. The results were very surprising to say the least.

Spamming is increasing. The number of spam messages are increasing rapidly and now its positive prediction that nine out of ten emails in your inbox are spam. We don't understand whats the use of spam. Stealing someone else eyes on misatched information and driving the targeted user makes happy to those spammers. As christmas aproaches the daily crawl through inboxes clogged with offers of fake Viagra,Loans, and sex aids is tipped to take even longer. And those who are aware of this kind of email they are always keep them in safe side. The purpose of E-Mail is to communicate with others, then what is the use of spamming. Some kind of people are there who always try to intrude illegally. It means nothing to them but harasses other..Advertising through spamming makes no sense at all but spoils the holy thing like E-Mail.A new thought evolved
Hi guys,
Do u want you irritate your friends on yahoo messenger here is a way to do that. Just hold ctr+shift+r for some time. This is the shortcut for requesting contact details. Every time you ask for contact details a new window appears in the other persons computer a kind of flaw in yahoo messenger.
NOTE: This is a very old trick and it may not work on some versions of yahoo messenger. Try your luck, have fun

It would be cool if I could scan through the spam using the keyboard like in do can in Google Reader. J for the next item, K for the previous etc..

Perhaps the first thing that a new internet marketer should be aware of, before he/she even starts marketing, is something called "Spam". Spamming is something that should be avoided at all costs. So what is spamming, and why is it "bad"?Spam is defined as unsolicited, bulk, electronic mail/posts - it is the Internet equivalent of junk mail. Just about everyone who has been on the Internet for any length of time has received spam. Sending someone info or mail, that they haven't required, or posting blatant advertising ads on a certain site/forum that doesn't allow that, or where they don't belong, is considered spam. If you are emailing someone telling them your offer, then make sure that they have already requested that info about the offer from you first, maybe by them clicking on a confirmation link for you to send them the offer, in case you are running a newsletter/email marketing campaign. Also make sure that you have an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email you send
We all receive emails that we'd prefer didn't make it into our inboxes. God knows, if one was of a sufferer of paranoia, you'd be convinced that it would worth paying to add a few inches and investing in some Nigerian oil scheme.
So when Thinkhouse PR kept sending unwanted emails to Ireland Offline's email address, Damien Mulley complained to the Data Protection Commissioner requesting that they investigate. According to Thinkhouse PR's Managing Director, the DPC felt compelled to apologise to them for having to investigate this trivial complaint of abuse, made by a blogger of all people.
Meanwhile Damo's post has mysteriously disappeared from Google's SERPs but still appear on Yahoo! and MSN.
The DPC then told the bold kids to behave and never do it again. Unfortunately, they forgot to threaten to cancel playtime the next time it happens. So it seems every bold kid is allowed to pick on one of the small kids and not face the consequences.

Social Spamming, as Timo Heuer, German Web 2.0 critique puts it. I'm strongly against Timo on this one. On his blog, he highlighted a conversation he'd had with 'X', a user of LinkedIn, who presumably asked to remain anonymous. Unless his real name is indeed X.Upim: LinkedIn's mission is to connect people and business partner and not to contact with someone you don't really know…X: It's not spamming though.
