A word I hear almost everyday that I feel is a huge road block for most people is “Someday”. People say it jokingly or out of frustration. The most common ways I hear it phrased are:
“I’ll get back to my high school weight someday”
“We’ll be rich someday”
“I’ll learn to cook someday”
“I’ll land my dream job [...]

I have so many dreams eventhough I am not even halfway through, one of my goal is to help my fellow filipinos. I want to see things working and be an expert on it so I can share and be able to help my fellow filipinos someday. I can feel the crisis from here. Ladies and Gentlemen — Introducing my first ever guest blogger…
“Daddy…. will you marry me someday?”

Sometimes, out of the blue, a song would catch your breath and would stick inside your head for several hours or days until another one takes its toll.
But sometimes, a song which you hear when at a state of a particular moment or when being at that certain feeling could just knackered you for an instant, and this time, its one of those moment that left this song lingering in our mind and

Is it possible that GPS navigation systems could save lives? I think it is. Of course I'm partially biased because a woman almost ran me off the road today.
Unfortunately, I didn't get a good look at the woman because she was wearing a large, unfolded paper map on her face.
Now I'm not a driving instructor but I'm pretty sure this kind of driving is frowned upon. And if not, I'm definitely sure
I am reading around 20 blogs a day and I notice that some of them are just passers by while some are really dead serious in blogging. I also realize that there are some bloggers who are doing it on a part time basis and some are really professionals. I always hope to get into the retail business since my early adult years. This wish eventually came true but it didn't last for too long as I was leaving Singapore for a new job opportunity. Actually, I would love to set up a store in the flea market someday, if I get the chance to do so. It is quite fun meeting people and getting into the excitement of selling in a crowded place.I was told that selling replica sunglasses can make good money, no wonder I saw many stalls at the flea market selling those gorgeous shades. I believe these vendors have gotten the wholesale sunglasses at pretty attractive prices which make them lucrative when sold at a higher price. Most of these sunglasses come in designs that resemble the big brands in the fashion marketplace. These sunglasses are great for people who are not brand conscious since they are affordable yet do not compromise on the design.
Why am I so sadwhen I clean out your closetremoving small clothes.Maybe just maybe,I'll see them again someday,I can only hope.

There was a movie in the 80's about a futuristic motorcycle that could run on ordinary gasoline, or, with a Power Cell the size of a Game Boy, it could run on Hydrogen gleaned from moisture in the air.We are one step closer to living that dream.Samsung has created the first "micro-fuel cell and hydrogen generator that runs on H2O." Pretty soon, everyone's going to get in on the action, and that means better technology at low low prices. How does it work, you ask? Water in the phone interacts with some metal, producing hydrogen which is sent to the fuel cell. There, the hydrogen interacts with oxygen and produce 3 watts of power. First-generation cartridges will need to be replaced after only two uses, a shortcoming that will hopefully not last too long once the technology develops. But two uses at 3 watts a pop is about 20 hours of battery life. Not too shabby, for water power. You can read more and see a picture here.
I admitted last Sunday that I think that my Dolphins are the worst team in football. The reality of it hurts, much like a prostate exam from this fine gentleman, but this team sucks some big goat testicles right now. Well, after giving it some thought, I'll go out on a limb and say that the Dolphins are not the absolute worst team out there right now.Minnesota tried Brooks Bollinger on Sunday, meaning that they should be banned to the Arena League. The Chiefs are a hazzard to everyone's eye sight, as is J.P. Losman and the Bills...but there's one team that's really shitting themselves uncontrollably. You guessed it, Peter King's fantasy team the Atlanta Falcons....In the first two games, Miami has at least scored a combined 33 points. Atlanta's woeful offense has managed just 10 points and I don't think we can be surprised since Joey Harrington is lining up back there. The Falcons have realized that they probably need to score double digits in a game at some point this season an

I have always heard stories about this sort of thing in Southeast Asia, but never have I seen the proof! Maybe some of my readers from the region will be able to enlighten us about a certain line item on this receipt; and no, I am not referring to the several lines of taxes. My girlfriend may have a problem if I were to come back home with a receipt like this:
My brother in law who lives in San Francisco has been talking about investing in a property. After all the months of searching, he's considering Tampa real estate since he has a good real estate agent who is recommending the area. This sounds like good news to me cos it gives me more reason to persuade DH for a trip to Orlando Florida when that happens. For now, I'm happy that we are heading to Hawaii and Los Angeles. Now, he's saying that it's too tiring to do Las Vegas. Maybe we'll look at San Diego or somewhere nearer then ....
“Why didn’t you want me to come to the wedding reception with you?” I asked lying with my head in his lap while he stroked my hair.He shrugged, “Because I heard about someone who had brought his girlfriend to a wedding and everyone had started asking when they were going to get hitched. It just seems like one of the steps to engagement and I don’t want you to think I’m going to propose.”I sat up, “What? You thought I wanted to get married?”He shakes his head, “Well I realised that you didn’t cos last night you told me you didn’t want to even think about marriage for the next ten years, and told me not to dare propose, but it still just seems like a step.”I’m not up for that. Give me days spent lounging in the sun pestering each other whenever we want attention. Give me alcohol fuelled nights of dirty dancing, touching the floor, and forgetting all responsibilities- those are things I can do. Give me dreams of the future but never thinking of “us” in

[Verse 1:]
Nothing seems to be the way
That it used to
Everything seems shallow
God give me truth
In me
And tell me somebody is watching
Over me
And that is all I'm praying is that
Someday I will understand
In God's whole plan
And what he's done to me
Oh but maybe
Someday I will breathe
And I'll finally see
I'll see it all in my baby

This is a guest post by Mark over at @ Financing Your Family, a newer blog that focuses on helping readers to be “smarter with their money, closer to their family, and willing to work towards worthwhile goals”. Lend him some support by checking out his site.
When I talk with people about there financial goals, there is one thing that tips me off as to whether or not they will be successful or not, and that is how they describe their goals. Some examples of goals I’ve heard are: “I want to be rich someday,” “I want to have kids,” and “I don’t want to work for a large company.” These are all financial goals to be sure, but when people tell me that these are their goals, I usually think that they just don’t really care about their lifestyle that much.
You see, all of the goals I just named are what I call, No-thought goals. These are the hasty kinds of goals that cause people to start businesses in areas that can&rsquo
Last night two of my kids friends asked me why I didn't put out out my own cookbook? They said every time they come over I have the best foods and snacks and that I needed to open a restaurant or write a cookbook or something.
Ah, if they only knew how many times I've thought about, dreamed about or even took the first baby steps towards that exact goal. But... I've just never felt it was
There are certain luxuries in life I like to have someday (if I can afford to). They are not my 'needs' but my 'wants' - know the difference? One of the things I love to have is a speedboat or a small houseboat. I love the oceans and the seas, the breeze and the waves. Being out in the sea is relaxing and therapeutic, it brings me a sense of calmness and freedom. And should I know a boat one day, I will make sure that it is well covered with a comprehensive boat insurance. Just like health and medical insurance, it is wise to protect the vessel from any unexpected accidents, damage or loss. Just like everything else, getting a boat insurance can be done conveniently online these days. Cover my boat provides online quotations for all sorts of vessels including dinghy, yacht, catamaran, houseboat, speedboat, cruiser and many others. The website also contains resources for those who are keen on buying a boat or similar with tips to guide the first timer and checklist for those planning

Millions of Maria Sharapova’s fans around the world were disappointed that she didn’t reached the Finals of the French Open that eventually won by Justine Henin. All has to wait another year to see Sharapova in Roland Garros Stadium.
Despite the fact that she dominantly excels in Wimbledon, Sharapova was a runner-up in Australian Open. She played well in the semis and fell short of the dream.
She is the highest paid woman athlete in the world. Of course because she is marketable. Her beauty allures everybody that it is a must to watch her even though she struggled on clay. But Maria is highly talented compares to Anna Kournikova, who never won any tournament.
We may pause for a moment and asked ourselves if this attractive woman can someday capture a title in the French Open. I believe she will display her poise in the future. She is still young and every mistakes is a learning process.
Let’s wait for Maria Sharapova next year and remember Wimbledon is coming.

The thaw has come, praise-God-from-Whom-all-blessings flow. While I play catch-up from my week of snowboundedness (Like that word? I just made it it up!), I'm posting a re-run. This story of one of my least glorious parenting moments originally "aired" on February 14, 2006.
Over the holidays, my dad accidentally backed into our mini-van. We took it to the shop to be fixed last week. We have a big family, so the insurance company provided us a rental mini-van (I told them if they gave me a sedan I'd have to strap a child to the luggage rack), and the entire process was going remarkably smoothly. So smoothly, in fact, that I called my husband Thursday afternoon to brag about what a painless, easy process this had been. Spoke too soon.
Early Thursday evening, as I was preparing dinner, my seven- and four-year-old sons were together in the garage, when the seven year old ran inside. "Mom," he panted, "Joseph has done something really b
*Sigh* Well these past few weeks have been rather hectic...A mottled mix of bliss, annoyance, satisfaction confusion,a cartload of good memories to treasure and a smidgen of heartache. While I spent my days in general conversation with high ranking pilots and pure-genius-engineers I came to realize that they had exactly what they wanted...They didn't say so or proclaim it...But you saw it in the way they walk, the way they talk, their reactions and their advice. Its not an egotistic, bold and blaring thing...Its subtle, hidden...But very much there if you bother to look! These were people in their late 40s? and 50s who had pretty much seen it all...People who had lived, loved and learned so much it shocked me into a state of awe! I found myself finishing off my duties so I could go and strike up small talk which would inevitably lead to deeper things, truths about life and people. I generally detest being lectured by my parents, and relatives...I think its their tone...They have this
Fiat is [still] planning on reintroducing its Alfa Romeo line to the United States "sometime after 2008." To ensure profitability in the face of a weak reputation for quality dollar and a strong Euro, Reuters reports the company will/would have to manufacture at least some of its cars outside Europe. Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne has indicated that Mexico is at the top of the list, although a Confederate tax break deal may be doable. Eventually. "We can think of producing [in the Americas] in the medium-long term," Marchionne opined. Which Alfa models would be produced or sold stateside remains equally unknown (unknowable?). The tasty 8C is likely to lead the charge; it's just about the only Alfa whose price premium can overcome the exchange rate. Meanwhile, big changes a
