After 5 minutes of cooking place the smoked sausage on top of the potatoes to heat the sausage. Melt in a pan a knob of butter and slowly heat the 450g deep frosted curly cabbage on medium heat. Drain the potatoes and add the curly cabbage. Combine the potatoes and curly cabbage with a masher. Cut the smoked sausage and serve! To make it even more Dutch make some gravy with it! Enjoy!

Place chicken in a sealable bag and add marinade. Seal, shake around a few times during the refrigeration period of 2-4 hours. Prepare the charcoal, and pre-soaked mesquite chips. Place chicken pieces on grill half way up the BBQ'er. Then thoroughly cook, slice in strips and arrange attractively on a plate with a cilantro garnish.
