The phone blogs are abuzz with this sighting of HTC's lineup, showing both existing models and a mystery or two on the bottom row. Boy Genius thinks the first, third and fourth are the same, but I'm wondering if the first is a slide-out key version of the second (a P3470), while the third and fourth are something else entirely. In any case, it's a peculiarity that will hopefully be clarified soon, as it's also a damn nice looking phone. WinMo, Android or whatever, we'll be ready to have a look. In the meantime, your guess is as good as ours. (Hint, hint.) [BGR]

People were speculating that the new version would be only for new handsets, like Sony Ericsson G900, G700 or other upcoming phones and that was very bad news for me.You see, I'm a lucky owner of the Sony Ericsson P1i and I'm using Internet quite often and efficiently on this handset and as we know Opera Mobile is not replaceable in such cases (OK I know, I know that there is also Opera Mini too... But there are some web sites which are simply unusable in Opera Mini)... So i was very happy when I saw this video on the zdnet blog. This video is demonstra

This week, Nokia will revive N-Gage as a multiplayer gaming service that will work on its popular line of smartphones. The service will offer games from major publishers like Electronic Arts, as well as smaller developers like Digital Chocolate that focus on the mobile gaming market.Owners of phones that run N-Gage software will be able to play games against friends, sample, buy and recommend new games from their phones, and compete in large tournaments. The new N-Gage permits users to see what games their friends have on their phones and whether they are online. They can also see how many points a person has earned in the game, as well as how much time they devote to solitary play versus group play.Customers will be able to sample games free before buying them. The selection will lean toward the casual side of gaming, with soccer and fishing titles and the popular puzzle game Bejeweled, among others. Nokia has not yet discussed prices.

More Taiwan handset makers are focusing on the production of smartphones with three makers – BenQ, Inventec Appliances and Gigabyte Communications – all planning to launch new Windows Mobile 6-based models this month or in the second half of this year, according sources at the companies.
BenQ plans to launch two smartphones, the E72 and T80, in the second half, with the E72 being BenQ’s first phone to support the UMA (unlicensed mobile access) standard and the T80 being the company’s first handset to support the NFC (near field communications) standard, said company sources. The E72 and T80 will be marketed under the company’s own BenQ-brand instead of BenQ-Siemens dual-brand, the sources added.
Gigabyte will launch on June 14 its GSmart-branded t600, the company’s first DVB-T mobile TV handset. In addition, the company also plans to launch two smartphones, the i350 and q60, in the second half, according to company sources.

It also features photo and video capabilities with a 2.4 inch color display and a 2 megapixel camera with integrated flash, and an external display that allows for calling and other multimedia controls.
The suggested retail price for Nokia N75 is $430, and the N76 goes for $500 (without contracts).
