This recipe was pretty good. It's like a chicken noodle soup without the noodles.1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken, cut up3 medium white potatoes, cut into small cubes4 carrots, cut up 2 celery ribs, cut up2 cups frozen green beans2 cups hot water2 tsp chicken bouillon granules1/2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp basil1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepperLayer the first five ingredients in the crock pot in the order shown. Add the last five ingredients to the hot water and pour over the chicken and vegetables. Don't stir. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours. This recipe would also be good with an onion and garlic clove. I didn't add these only because I'm currently breastfeeding and my son is sensitive to garlic and onions.More Slow Cooker Recipes
