      QA: Slow Burn
Q: Several Months ago, BRuce West was recomending an exercise protocil called slow burn. I read books on it and physiologically it makes sense and the workout seems appealing due to my lack of time. I'm considering signing up with a trainer who specializes in it. What's your take?A: If you can afford it I think it is a great tool. I personally saw a Super Slow personal trainer for about six months and was impressed with the results. It really did increase my muscular size and strength. I still use the principles that I learned when I do lift weights.  Seems to make a lot of sense to me to:Go slowly -- ten seconds up and ten seconds downUse enough weight so you can't do more than six reps if you can do more you need to increase the weight, if less than you need to decrease the weight.Only exercise those muscles every 2-3 days to allow those muscles to recover
