As I’ve just started to work on my day job and also started blogging at the same time, I’ve published a post: How to Sleep Less Time, Work More Time. Creating time for my work and blog at the same time and also have some more time to live was a hard task and I’ve tried [...]
Can you sleep anywhere? My hubby can do it! He can sleep in 20 seconds, anywhere... can you believe it? LOL. If he sends the kids to bed, he is (always) asleep before the kids sleep! I often count from 1 to find out how fast he can sleep... and I don't need to count until 20 he snores already. When I laugh at him he can open his eyes and smile but then he snores again! Hahaha.. Sleeping intervals are far shorter in infants than in adults, and most babies only sleep one to four hours at a time. Bottle-fed babies are known to eat fewer times during the day than breast-fed, making some mothers believe that bottle-fed babies will sleep longer - which is irrelevant since each child has different needs. You should be prepared for baby to sleep no less than one hour and no more than four in between each feeding - all day, all night, 24 hours a day for the first few weeks. After six or eight weeks, you and your child will have established a feeding-and-sleeping routine. This is the time when some babies begin sleeping all night - but don't count
