Helen Slater had an amazing cinematical run from 1984 to 1987, starring in Supergirl, The Legend of Billie Jean (1985), Ruthless People (1986), and Secret of My Succe$s (1987) in four year period. But she gets my attention for her role in Supergirl, which I was absolutely obsessed with when I was a kid. It wasn't natural. You could say I had my first movie-star crush on her back in the day.
