My deepest condolences to the family of the deceased. It's an unfortunate event, never expect India, the next rising power to sink into this horrible mess. Terrorism is deeply rooted and I don't think any victory of the India government will cease attacks in India.Peace be with her.

According to reports from Singapore, most Singaporean workforce are now worried over the fast-growing foreign workforce population wherein a larger number of this foreign workforce population are coming from China. This trend has greatly affected the locals and their present jobs. Some of the locals have even lamented that these foreign nationals have come to take away their jobs wherein a greater number of aged employees were being replaced by the younger ones coming from China.
Actually, the government saw it in different way. All of this can be attributed to the government initiative that took effect last year when Singapore relaxed its rules to allow more immigration of which a large percentage are coming from Chin

A Singaporean company is interested in investing in Central Sulawesi by building a cacao processing plant in Palu, a local official said. The investor from the city-state would come to Palu on Thursday (April 3) to further discuss his interest in setting up a cacao processing plant in the North Palu industrial zone, Arifin H Lolo, secretary of the Palu city administration, said here on Wednesday. Lolo said the Singaporean investor`s plan would be of great economic significance to the local community as the cacao processing plant would obviously absorb large volumes of locally grown cacao and thus enable cacao farmers to increase their income.Indonesia News Blog:

Smart Buyers Collection is a collection of words of wisdom by various Singapore property watchers.By: Be coolPosted: 30-12-2007Even though the economy is doing well in Singapore, inflation is up. Most of the Singaporean is spending wisely and they are going for more affordable HDB and EC. The cars are also at it lowest at this point of time. Expensive Private housing is for the rich. However, if they are really rich, then they should look for landed housing. Many of these foreign buyers are also speculators and with some of the measure enforce by government, it will definitely frightens them away. The downward transactions for the past 2 quarters are a good sign. Singapore government is good for their control and law enforcement. Government has assured that the housing will stay affordable
Dr Henry Jenkins, the Director of MIT Comparative Media Studies Programme and the Peter de Florez Professor of Humanities, visited Singapore sometime ago and blogged about his experiences after hearing much about Singapore’s work culture and in particular, three very distinct stories of Singaporean youth "misbehavior" on the blogging platform. His full blog post titled Singaporean Girls Gone Wild contains excerpts below: “Singapore is so known for its work ethic and sense of decorum that I have joked off and on about marketing a series of videos of Singaporean Girls Gone Wild which consisted of school girls in uniforms throwing peanut shells on the floor of the Raffles Hotel bar with wild abandon before returning to studying for their exams. After all, one of the first things that I ever learned about this country was that the law specified that one could be thrashed with a bamboo cane for chewing gum in public. My first impression then was something like that planet in Star Trek:

One of them, Mr Bo Davis, has written a public apology for his. But he also said, contrary to trishaw rider Lee Shee Lam's claim, they did pay the full fare of $10. A video posted by Mr Davis, 26, caused a furore on the Internet. The video showed the trio squeezed on board Mr Lee's trishaw
