Most of it was in the movie but the part where you see Santas little helper and spider pig painting was not in the movie.

Twentieth Century Fox registered SimpsonsMovie.com in April 1997, nine years before the movie was greenlit by studio suits. Someone at Fox had some pretty good foresight — access to a time machine, perhaps?
How many writers does it take to put out a ‘Simpsons Movie‘-worthy script? After the team of seven came up with an [...]

The 20th Century FOX is doing a great job at promoting its new Simpson's movie coming out in theaters next Friday, July 27.
As part of a very creative marketing campaign, FOX partnered with convenience store chain 7-Eleven and turned a dozen stores into Kwik-E-Marts (the Simpsons' fictional convenience store run by Apu).
The more than 6,000 remaining 7-Elevens across United States will still
Yesterday we saw one of the 7-Eleven stores that was transformed into Kwik-E-Mart to promote the Simpsons movie, which is coming out later this month. It was actually really cool. And obviously whoever came up with the idea is a genious. The store was packed. They turned slurpees into squishies and they were selling Homer's donuts, Buzz soda and a bunch of other Simpsons products. The parking lot was filled with families taking photographs in front of the newly decorated building. We didn't have our camera, so we captured a couple of photos on the trusty camera phone. It was a typical hot Florida summer day and I decided a Slurpee was in order to cool me down so I stopped in the local 7-11. They are promoting the upcoming The Simpsons Movie and they are selling Buzz Cola and Krusty-O’s Cereal. I went to the Slurpee machine and it has been rebranded and is now a Squishee machine. As far as movie tie-ins go I thought it was pretty clever.
I think that Chris over at Movie Marketing Madness correctly pinpoints the problem with the posters for The Simpsons Movie: they aren’t specifically about the movie; they are all just general posters featuring The Simpsons.
The big question the marketing push for this movie has to answer is “Why should I pay to see this on a big screen when I can see The Simpsons for free on television all the time?” And so far they have done a poor job of making the film look special and unique, at least with the posters.

Samsung Mobile proudly ushered this canary-tinted series of "Simpsons Movie Collectible Mobile Phoneâ€. And my friend this matchless blue-chip phone is pre-stuffed with "The Simpsons Movie†from the titanic film outfit, 20th Century Fox. And the woeful news is, this limited edition phone will be available in NoAm market likely in the middlemost months of this current year.
