Assim como foi Homem Aranha 3, Shrek the Third acabou sofrendo com muitas críticas, na verdade muito mais do que o filme do Aranha havia recebido, o que levou aos sábios da DreamWorks a confirmarem a série apenas até o 5° episódio que deverá ser lançado apenas apenas em 2013.Mas para a série chegar ao 5° ela deve passar pelo 4° certo? Tanto que o filme já tem seu título: se chamará Shrek Goes Fourth, um verdadeiro trocadilho que traduzido seria "Shrek segue em frente". Come molti di voi sapranno l’uscita di Shrek Terzo nelle sale è prevista per il 31 agosto solo che, sapendo che altrimenti il Signor Ponza non avrebbe potuto vederlo nella sua lingua madre, hanno fatto ieri un’anteprima in alcune città italiane. El otro día fui a verla, con mi madre, mis hermanos y un niño Saharaui que han apadrinado durante dos meses de verano, si ya se que el verano tiene mas meses pero es lo que hay. Bueno al meollo en cuestión, esta mu bien la película, la voz de Fiona la pone Cameron Diaz, la del gato con botas Antonio Banderas, y la de Shrek Myke Myers/ Juan Antonio Muñoz. Ich fand ja den ersten Teil von Shrek ja nicht so besonders, dafür aber den zweiten sehr gut. Der dritte Teil von Shrek, kommt mir etwas erwachsener vor. Mit dem Thema der Vaterschaft und auch des erwachsen werdens, scheint dieser Film sich auf eine weit ältere Zielgruppe zu konzentrieren, als die früheren zwei Teile. Nicht schlecht gemacht an sich, aber es fehle dabei die guten Gags. und so vieles ist dabei vorhersehbar und auch wenn der Film den ein oder anderen Lacher hat, so wirkt er bei weitem nicht mehr so witzig, wie die ersten zwei Teile. Da habe ich sogar beim neuen Film von Stirb Langsam 4.0, mehr gelacht.

Ahora regresa con una nueva aventura, en su tercera parte titulada “Shrek tercero”, (un nombre muy original). En esta nueva entrega Shrek y Fiona se convierten en reyes de muy muy lejano, pero ellos prefieren vivir en la casa de Shrek, ya sabéis aquel pantano que aparece en las primeras entregas.
