The Hills hottie Audrina Patridge went on a shopping spree the other day at the exclusive DDCLAB boutique on Melrose Avenue. She was given five-star treatment at the store, the employees helped her fit clothes and even got her measurements for better fitting. This is our fourth day in Waikiki, Hawaii and we are enjoying every bit of it. For me, this is a shopping paradise though it is an island packed with too many high end luxury branded stores which I may not be able to afford. But you can still find some cool home grown brand names like Crazy Shirt, Honolua Surf Co, Local Fever and others. Be ready to see busy stores in shops like Louis Vuitton, Coach, Gucci, DFS and other big names. In fact, this seems to be a real shopping paradise for the Japanese than anyone else on this island!

I wrote about my crazy shopping spree on eBay before, and that was before I received my goods. To save shipping cost, I shipped those from US to my colleague’s house and she brought them with her when we met in Beijing early this month. Those from the UK, I shipped to my cousin’s house in London. He will be back to KL in 2 weeks time.
I’ve gone crazy bought so many items and didn’t realise that I am giving my cousin burden to bring them back! I found a good deal of 33 lot thriller books, with only RM280 (average RM8.5 per book). After that was delivered to his house, I think he got scared with the amount. Hey, books are not light, and he always travel very light. I told him not to bring them back, and I hope he doesn’t, otherwise I’d feel really awful for what I’ve done to him!
Apart from the 33 lot of thriller books, I’ve also got the following sent to his house:

Yesterday was the kick-off day for Holiday Shopping Spree 2006. Not that successful - I admit. Traffic was a bit hairy in the Flowood/Brandon area. I had a doctor's appointment that was two hours too long - apparently, the doctor's felt the need to bring the holiday spirit into their office - by adding long lines, waits and crowded quarters for all involved. I've never seen lines that long to check out of a doctor's office. Ridiculous. But that's a rant for another day.
So, with my shopping time cut short, and an appointment 30 minutes away in Raymond, Mississippi in one hour, I decided to find my way towards Raymond instead. I did arrive in town early to find some refreshment and respite from my traffic nightmare. Raymond is a small town about 10 miles south/southwest of Jackson, Miss. and home to Hinds Community College, the largest of the state's community colleges.
