Not too sure what happened the other day when my database just decided to blow up and not produce anything to my readers. Yesterday my blog was bombarded with traffic because of one specific post. Several traffic sources resulted into it and I my database just decided to give up. I was going to update my blog later last night and when I tried to login I had a database issue and I was furious! I immediately called up my hosting provider and asked for immediate help. I swear my service providers’ customer support is so useless - they can not tell me anything except test the domain then create a ticket - WTF! I'm surprised that many people don't actually know this, and reach for their camera to take a picture of the current screen image.Most keyboards have a special button Prt Scr / Sys Rq on them. It's just to the right from F12. When pressed, it captures the current screen into a bmp image which can be pasted (Ctrl + V) into any image editing software. Even Paint will do.The only problem is that you can only take one screenshot, if you take another, the previous one will be erased. Taking screenshots or snapshots of your PC screen is very easy to do. The picture that you see below is an example of screenshot image of this site. Screenshot images can be created by simultaneously pressing the CONTROL key and PRINT SCREEN key (Ctrl+PrtSc). After doing this, open the Paint program found under the Accessories category of the MS-Windows menu. Use the Ctrl+V command to paste the image. You may then do some editing before saving the image file. If you want more advanced options, you may choose other image editing application programs such a CorelDraw or PhotoShop.

The guys over at EGM magazine got a hand-on demonstration of Capcom’s Street Fighter IV. Wow, I never thought I’d be typing a “IV” after “Street Fighter”. They have released the first screenshot and a few details on the game. So far only Ryu, Ken, Chun Li and Dhalsim will be returning, and no new fighters have been shown. The game will have 3D polygon graphics, as feared by hardcore fans, but will have 2D gameplay. Hmm, now where have I heard that before… *cough* Street Fighter EX *cough* There will be new special moves and game modes, but it’s all being kept secret for now.I’m a huge Street Fighter fan, but I’m more than a little worried right now. That screenshot doesn’t do much for me. Why is Ryu so ugly? Maybe his bandana is too tight. And look at his feet! Has he been kicking concrete walls for fun? Over at Jeux Actu, the first set of Capcom Gamer's Day images have been posted. Though most of them are of the conference slides outlining the company's plans for 2008, one of them really caught my eye. On the fourth page of images, the first screen shot of the Super Turbo HD project can be seen with a match between Ryu and Ken (just as Dave Sirlin had said). The match is being fought on Ryu's stage which looks good (not great). I'm sure videos are inevitable now, so I'll hold off passing judgment on the images until then. I would recommend heading over to Jeux Actu if you are also mildly interested in the rest of the Gamer's Day line-up including the Wii exclusive Wii Love Golf game.

Dopo solo due giorni la richiesta di un invito per provare la beta di YouTube Desktop mi è arrivata la mail con i dati per accedere al nuovo servizio Web 2.0 . I've been wondering if Resident evil 2 scenarios would make it into Umbrella chronicles for some time, because we've been been shown no signs of 'em what-so-ever. Capcom have released a new batch of screenshots which show the Raccon city police station where RE2 took place, but they're hardly confirmation by a long shot because: [a] They do not show Leon and Claire and [b] Jill visits the Police station in Resident evil 3.I really do hope the Resident evil 2 scenarios make it into the game. It'd be silly to have 0, 1 and 3, but not 2. Given Resident evil 4's major success I think fans of the game who've yet to play the second game would like to see in short how Leon's adventure originally kicked off. Though I'd reccommend actually playing Resident evil 2, as the game is just awesome and probably the biggest Resident evil game to date.
