1. Your not a typical DJ, you said about yourself 'I sometimes spin in a Speedo', You also have a varied taste in music, do you feel because your not a 'typical' DJ that you can be more daring with your music than most other DJ's tend to ? Absolutely, and that has been a goal of mine. I strive to bring uniqueness to my sets. I like to show people that DJ'ing is more than just playing songs. I think that mixing different music and introducing varying genre's makes the party interesting, exciting and inspiring. At this point in my career, I think that people come to expect these "curveballs" in my sets. The whole speedo thing has been blown way out of proportion because of the many photo shoots I've done. Scotty McClellan new book which is due out in April of 2008, has shocking information that "WE" the American people have been lied to and someone must get to the bottom of these lies. Below is some of what will be found in McClellan's book called What Happened, published by Publisc Affairs. The most powerful leader in the world had called upon me to speak on his behalf and help restore credibility he lost amid the failure to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. So I stood at the White house briefing room podium in front of the glare of the klieg lights for the better part of two weeks and publicly exonerated two of the senior-most aides in the White House: Karl Rove and Scooter Libby. There was one problem. It was not true.I had unknowingly passed along false information. And five of the highest ranking officials in the administration were involved in my doing so: Rove, Libby, the vice President, the President’s chief of staff, and the president himself.Scott McClellan served a

Former WH Press Sec.: Bush, Rove helped pass along 'false information' on Plame
President Bush, Karl Rove, and other top administration officials were "involved" in misleading the White House press corps about the outing of ex-CIA agent Valerie Plame, a forthcoming book from former Press Secretary Scott McClellan alleges.

Simon Pegg (Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead) has been cast as Scotty in JJ Abrams’ Star Trek.Pegg joins Eric Bana who plays a villain named Nero, Anton Yelchin as Chekov, Zachary Quinto as young Spock, Zoe Saldana as Uhura and Leonard Nimoy as the older Spock.Korean born actor John Cho (Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle) has been tipped to be the new Hikaru Sulu (originally played by the great George Takei) according to Trekmovie.According to Moviehole, "Star Trek” is going to have a bigger budget than any of the previous films in the series with a figure around $150 to $160 million, which is more than double the series biggest budget film to date.
I thought this was a cool bit of casting:Simon Pegg, star of the TV series Spaced, and co-writer and star of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz has signed on as Scotty in the new J.J. Abrams Star Trek movie.I've been a big fan of Pegg's since his early British TV comedy days, especially Big Train and Spaced - so this should make for a very interesting Trek indeed!www.passfieldgames.com
It seems that Simon Pegg is the man of the moment. Not only is Run, Fatboy Run a brilliant film, but it’s rocketed Pegg into the limelight and now he has landed his greatest role to date: Scotty in JJ Abrams’ Star Trek.
So, it turns out that it isn’t going to be James McAvoy playing Scotty as we first thought. We won’t argue with the choice though, Pegg is bound to do a terrific job.
Also announced as a new Enterprise crew member this morning is John Cho, the Harold half of Harold and Kumar. He will play Sulu, the ship’s Helmsman.
So, the Enterprise is very near to becoming full. The cast is as follows:
Spock:
Zachary Quinto
Uhura: Zoe Saldana
Chekhov: Anton Yelchin
Scotty: Simon Pegg
Sulu: John Cho
Captain Kirk: Chris Pine(Rumour)
The Villain: Eric Bana
So that just leaves only first Enterprise Captain, Christopher Pike, Kirk’s parents and Bones.
What do you think of the casting?

I’m a sucker for a bit of good design. I like to believe that a team of people have sat down, figured out what is needed in a product and then set to work designing the best possible version of it. Not the cheapest, or the most mass produced, or the easiest, just the best.
For the stag do at the weekend we were staying in a hotel in Cork. We went for a few pints, dinner, a few more pints and then got back to the hotel about two in the morning to give the residents bar a test drive. Feeling nature calls I headed to the toilet. A former work colleague phoned me the other day and asked for some advice regarding
NTP. Here's a quick overview of the problem he faced and what I have done in the past
to move forward in this type of situation.
He has a heterogeneous, distributed environment that is not in Domain mode. He
needs to deploy client-side NTP configurations to Windows XP and Windows NT4 workstations.
Sound familiar? How can this be accomplished?
First, achieving the goal here will take two variations of the same technique: one
for the XP platform and one for the NT4 clients.
For the XP clients this change would naturally be easy via GPO. However, we are in
a distributed topology and not in domain mode. So, at least in my opinion, there is
an easier way to get it done.

James McAvoy who has been approached to play Star Trek’s engineering genius Montgomery Scott (Scotty) in the new Star Trek movie has doubts about playing one of Star Trek’s best known characters because he doesn’t want to become typecast.
The latest movie will be a prequel to the original 1960’s series. McAvoy thinks the role needs more depth to the character before he will consider taking it on, as he doesn’t want to just focus on Scotty’s Scottish heritage.
McAvoy had this to say, “I love ‘Star Trek’ but Scotty was just shown as a Scotsman, and nothing else.”
Personal note: I’m sure Scotty wasn’t only shown as a Scot, wasn’t he also the best engineer in Starfleet? There’s more to Scotty that his heritage.
The U.S. Military seems to be taking a page out of Star Trek. The giant gun pictured on top of the Humvee is a heat ray gun. It is capable of blasting people 550 yards away.
Called the Active Denial System, it projects an invisible high energy beam that produces a sudden burning feeling.
Military officials, who say the gun is harmless, believe it could be used as a non-lethal way of making enemies surrender their weapons.
It is like a giant version of a Star Trek phaser, except it is permanently set to stun.
