Microsoft will announce the second phase of their $300 million marketing campaign, which, unfortunately, axes Jerry Seinfeld. Waggener Edstrom confirmed the move tonight. According to WaggEd, Microsoft will spin it in a way that would make us believe that axing Jerry was the plan the whole time, which it is according to our sourceCrunchGear.

I'm still amused by Apple's Mac vs. PC guy ads, especially the one where PC pokes his head up out of a pizza box and explains he wants to attract college students.

Microsoft Continues with its 300 million dollar ad campaign with this second ad in which Jerry Seinfeld convinces Bill Gates to try and connect with everyday people the old fashioned way. Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld have put out a new advertisement for Microsoft, which is more like a short movie, at least in my opinion. As much as I enjoyed watching Timothy Daly and Monk, I laughed a little harder when we saw "The Chinese Restaurant." Jerry Seinfeld could've died on Saturday. His brakes went out and the comedian was forced to pull the e-brake. His 1967 Fiat flipped once and almost skidded into a busy intersection. It was no joke as comedian Jerry Seinfeld lost control of his 1967 Fiat BTM when the brakes failed to function.Seinfeld was driving alone back to his home in East Hampton, NY, when the brakes went out on him. To avoid zooming into a busy intersection, Seinfeld swerved the car out of the way, flipping it over in the process. Amazingly, he walked away from the accident without injury.Humor still firmly attached, Seinfeld was quoted as saying "Because I know there are kids out there, I want to make sure they all know that driving without braking is not something I recommend, unless you have professional clown training or a comedy background, as I do."

AS one of the most recognisable comedians in the world, Jerry Seinfeld isn't one to put his name to just any project. That is why he's done very little acting since his hit television show, Seinfeld, wrapped nearly a decade ago. For DreamWorks' Bee Movie, he wanted total control and wears several different caps - he's the writer, producer and lead voice actor. "You can go wrong anywhere - it's not difficult. Showbusiness is always risky and there is always a chance of failure,'' Seinfeld told Insider. "I knew people would like to see me take a nice big belly flop, so I thought I better focus. "It is just human nature, unfortunately. When you have had success, the next thing people want to see is you fail and watch you deal with that. It just makes for more entertaining viewing of the celebr
I am pretty much sick of the constant barrage of publicity for Seinfeld’s “The Bee Movie”. It sounds like a horrible concept for a movie. The animation is horrible. I just hope it comes and goes quickly because I’m sick of hearing about it.
Seinfeld has been everywhere plugging the movie. So he goes on Larry King to inspire whatever demographic watches Larry King to go see his movie. Larry is decked out in suspenders and a tie with characters from The Bee Movie on it. Seinfeld may also be plugging the release of the last season of his show on DVD as well. I didn’t see the entire interview, but I’m guessing that is what led up to this bit of the conversation.
Larry doesn’t prepare for interviews and sometimes he asks questions that have answers that are, for the most part, common knowledge. However, Seinfeld hasn’t been on the air for a long time (clarification- on NBC. I think it and Friends are on 24/7 in syndication).

Jerry Seinfeld says that Scientology helped turn him into a better performer. In an interview with America’s Parade magazine he said: “I last really studied, oh, it’s almost 30 years ago. But what I did do, I really liked, in terms of it’s very…it was interesting. Believe it or not…it’s extremely intellectual and clinical in its approach to problem-solving, which really appealed to me. I actually got to it from my auto mechanics teacher in high school, who was into it, and he was telling me about it. In my early years of stand-up, it was very helpful. I took a couple of courses. One of them was in communication, and I learned some things about communication that really got my act going. I wasn’t a natural performer at all, so I learned. It really helped me on stage to understand how you have to invade the space of the audience a little bit.”

I’m really digging the new cookbook by the wife of comedian Jerry Seinfeld, Deceptively Delicious. She recently visited The Oprah Winfrey Show and discussed her ”secret” to feeding her family the dreaded veggies.
Deviled Eggs with Carrot or Cauliflower Puree
What is her secret? Jessica Seinfeld uses purees and sneaks them into a variety of recipes. Vegetable purees, maybe not super novel, but still a neat idea, and one that kids can warm up to.
She uses the vegetable purees in main entrees, side dishes, and dessert. For her oatmeal raisin cookie she uses a zucchini and banana puree, which makes for low-fat cookies, too. For the banana bread pictured above, it’s cauliflower puree and peanut butter.
This is a simple and inexpensive idea that anyone who wants to feed their finicky kids more vegetables should try and sounds delish, too. I’m gonna try the
