Sort of like American Idol, only not at all popular.Britney Spears spent the duration of the show seated backstage surrounded by security. After the show, Larry Rudolph told Us Weekly: “She was here to support the show. I mentioned to her that I was going to my show. Britney said, ‘I want to come down.’ She loved it. She really loved it. She didn’t come here for publicity or anything

In October 2006 when Britney Spears began to spiral out of control, her then manager Larry Rudolph, along with her parents, talked Britney into going to rehab. Upon BritÂs release from Promises, she trashed Larry on camera and then parted ways only to end up with Sam Lutfi. Once that controlling wackjob took charge of her career things really went haywire. Krasinski, Rudolph, Hines Join Mendes Film Written by David MorganSam Mendes is currently working on an untitled romantic comedy for Focus Features that now has its two stars. Variety reports that John Krasinski (The Office) and Maya Rudolph (Saturday Night Live) will play an expectant couple traveling the country "in search of a place to put down roots and raise a family." Cheryl Hines (Curb Your Enthusiasm) has also been cast. With a different director I might expect this to be another miserably disposable rom-com, but Sam Mendes hasn't made a bad film yet. Then again, you have to take into consideration that he's mostly worked with the very best of the top-notch actors like Kevin Spacey, Annette Bening, Tom Hanks, Paul Newman, and Jake Gyllenhaal. It'll be interes

I came across an article from the New York Times about how some home owners are going a little over the top in the race to have the biggest, brightest and over the top Christmas lighting. I have to say it was interesting. I for one like to see houses lit up at Christmas. I was one of those people who went to neighborhoods that were decorated for Christmas, to see the special lights. I even took my residents to those neighborhoods when I was an Activities Director. This was some of the highlights of our Christmas season. Anyway, in exploring this article they sent me to a special blog created to display the tacky decorations that people have put up at Christmas. I don't agree with a lot of the pics they chose but I do have to say the hanging deer from the tree is a little disturbing.
Anyway, if you go to the bottom of the blog about tacky Christmas yards, you will find a yard ornament that is totally unrelated to Christmas. The dog... I have to laugh about this wonderful yard o
Apparently, this was the introductory video before a speech he made in Florida on Saturday. Personally, I thought it moved, sounded and felt like a parody with all the cliches about America you can throw at us.There's such a build-up to something great and mind blowing, but all we get is a petty man and exploitation artist. My favorite line is when the narrator says Giuliani stands up to tyrants, terrorists and bullies. How does he do that? Stand in front of a mirror every morning and ritually whip his own back with a cat-o'nine tails?
Here he is, big enough to pull a small sleigh, and his name is Rudolph.Rudolph is a fine purebred Chocolate Lab. Don't be fooled by his sad compelling eyes, he knows how to have fun - 2+ years is just the right age for being settled, mellow with knowledge of a few commands under his belt. He knows sit and stay; and he's good on a leash. Good with my colleagues (canines) and friendly to humans, he'd be proud to accompany someone on a stroll around the block. We found Rudolph currently being cared for by the Miami Valley Labrador Retriever Rescue. The Miami Valley Labrador Retriever Rescue is a small group of volunteers from the Miami Valley Labrador Retriever Club (an AKC licensed specialty club in southwestern Ohio)and other caring community members. They are dedicated to the Labrador Retriever breed and support the rescue and referral of Labs in need of new homes in our geographic area. For more information about Rudolph, click here!
His long-time paranoia regarding those of color really comes out in this commercial, especially when he wants those dirty immigrants to read, write and speak English. It's less a campaign commercial than a rant in a Bensonhurst bar. His final words should have been: "And send the niggers back to Africa where they belong!" That's the Rudy I remember.

The above video shows how much Giuliani handled things with grace back in 2001 when he was mayor of New York City.Does anyone want to see him blow his top off at the slightest provocation in the White House?

Nothing unites the Republican candidates for president or excites the conservative base more than their bellicose barking about war and confrontation. The GOP presidential debates often sound like a tough-man competition, with Rudolph Giuliani denouncing the “cut-and-run” Democrats, Mitt Romney demanding a double-size Guantánamo detention camp, and the rest of the pack struggling [...]
About two years ago, Ian got over dosage of Vit A, as I put too much of carrots in his meals.
Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t do that for the sake of vit A or kiasu. I put carrots because it is easy to keep, adds fibre, and it also tastes good.
Ian’s skin was yellowish, particularly on his nose - with yellow/orange colour (quite funny looking). That prompted me to see doc, afraid of jaundice. Doc confirmed he was over dosage of Vit A, but he said doesn’t matter - just need to cut down.
Few weeks ago, my friend asked for my opinion on a ‘health tips’ her friend gave. She was advised to add some olive oil along with her son’s solids to help with the absorption of vit A.
Whilst it makes sense as vit A is not water solluble, is it necessary to do that?
My doc and I have the same motto: if one is having a balanced diet, no supplement is required.
And true enough, my friend told me yesterday that, without following her friend’s advice, her son

In the spirit of holiday festivity I wanted to take Lillian to the reindeer farm in Palmer. Remembering past trips made me dig out this little journal gem from Christmas 2001:***The boys and I just got back from Palmer to visit the reindeer farm in the valley, about an hour north of Anchorage. David [age 2] and Spencer [age 5] couldn't wait to check out the deer and see if they were in good flying condition. When the tour began instead of the customary two or three adult guides, we were met with a teenager who obviously was not enjoying our hardy 10 below temperatures. She silently handed us some cups of feed and led us out to the raised, fenced deck that overlooked a large pen and about 35 reindeer. FYI: all reindeer have antlers, male, female, and fawns, an important piece of information as our story unfolds. She gave us no instructions other than a casual gesture toward the pen and a warning to stay away from the big male named Ruldoph who evidently has such a mean temper that he
So, I made it to Norway. But my mind has yet to catch up. I left Houston at 7 pm, slept maybe an hour in flight, and arrived in Stavanger, Norway at 5 pm the next day (15 hours in transit). The plane was pretty nice, but those seats are only so comfortable, so no sleep for me.Surprisingly, the weather is actually quite balmy for December - hovering around 40oF with rain. I have yet to see the sun, though. Not that I have not been outside in the daytime, or even seen a brightness in the sky that could be called "day" (but only for about 5 hours), it's just that the sun does not rise high enough above the horizon to be seen over the buildings of the town.My hotel is a cheap one; the "twin" beds are not perceptibly larger than a couch and the shower leaks water all over the floor of the bathroom. A few environmental features are highlighted: first, no bars of soap (to save on packaging), instead there is hand soap; second, the lights in the room only come on once you insert your room key
