I very rarely order from room service as like most chefs who travel I like to try the local fare and find something new or different. Over the years I have found some great restaurants. However on rare occasions when I do order room service I somehow feel like I am seriously getting ripped off. Recently while staying at a 4 star hotel Los Angeles, I was jet lagged and tired and didn’t have the energy to venture out and just felt like something simple.
