What do you get when you mix the most memorable scenes of the blockbuster hit movie “300″ with just a little bit of Americas past? There was a Star Wars special on Cartoon Network that aired a couple weeks ago. I meant to post about it then, but I forgot and then things happened... so, I'm just going to mention it now. Here's a link to the page about it: Star Wars Robot Chicken. It's really funny, especially if you've seen Star Wars, but maybe if you haven't. I found a few parts a little stupid and unfunny, but for the most part it was great.I'm not sure when it will air again, but I'm sure it will at some point. Here's a clip from it.

StarWars.com has posted the trailer for the upcoming Star Wars: Robot Chicken 30-minute special, to air on the Adult Swim network on June 17 at 10pm.
The creators of the original Robot Chicken series, Seth Green and Matthew Senreich, will be appearing at Star Wars Celebration IV on May 26 and 27 to offer a sneak peek of the special. On May 26, the show’s writing and “toys & sets” teams will hold separate panels to discuss how they produce the show in general, and how they did the Star Wars show in particular.

The animated series gets a 30-minute Star Wars-themed special created with the help of Lucasfilm.
Adult Swim will air Robot Chicken: Star Wars, a 30-minute special that spoofs the characters and scenes from the Star Wars saga, on June 17.
The comedy special, an extention of the stop-motion animated series by creators Seth Green and Matthew Senreich, was done in collaboration with Lucasfilm. SW mastermind George Lucas will voice his animated version, while Mark Hamill will lend his voice to Luke Skywalker, the hero he popularized in the original SW trilogy.
Is it just me or is this Robot Chicken sketch frighteningly accurate? Lady in the Water was one of the most pretentious indulgent films I have ever seen. I mean seriously who could not have figured that story out in the first ten minutes and it didn’t help the matter that it was flat out boring. Now I feel like watching Unbreakable…
