Airsoft Sniper Rifles are a personal favourite of mine. Nothing beats the thrill of picking off enemies at range without them even knowing where you were.
A problem with Airsoft Sniper Rifles is that because they are so powerful they can make an airsoft game very unfair by giving the user too big [...]
Last Christmas we got my step son an airsoft guns. It was pretty cool. I don’t think he still plays with it. My husband was going to get me one to take walking with me to keep the loose dogs away from me when I’m walking. There isn’t a leash law here so people let there dogs run loose and it can be disturbing to see a large dog barreling toward you barking.
The little pistol is the one I would choose for specifically that purpose. I could easily carry it on my belt and it would be enough power to fend of the dogs . The Accuracy of this item exceeds the 1911 Colt at 50 ft. Fantastic trigger. Target-style sights. Two power levels in .177. Get .20 cal which is perfect for eliminating small rodents and making those darn dogs leave me alone. As long as you don’t hurt them with an actual gun people don’t care. Although they do look so realistic that people might think I’m carrying around a real gun.
I don’t see the one we bought for Coyote o
Corgi International is cool. They’re the guys who brought us those really, really awesome Lightsabers, and now they’re at it again with Halo. Corgi International and Microsoft today… well, yesterday, announced a partnership that will give Corgi the rights to create collectibles for Halo, Halo 2 and the upcoming Halo 3!
Now, as you could probably deduce from the title of this piece, as well as the rather quick Photoshop job I did to bring both rifles into one picture seen above, the first two items from the Halo-universe will be the BR55 Battle Rifle, and the Covenant Carbine. Will you go out and buy it? You know you will, nerd. So will I.

It turns out the story about .50 caliber rifles getting into the hands of terrorists through Iran was bogus. Iranian government involvement in Iraq article in the Daily Telegraph was false. H/T to Confederate Yankee via The Jawa ReportBut the...
This year just keeps getting better and better. It seems like every week there's another fantastic new band with another brilliant debut album. I mean so far this year we have had moments of pure perfection from The Longcut and had our ears burned off by Be Your Own Pet to name but two and long may it continue. This week it's the turn of The Rifles who released their latest single "She's Got Standards" a couple of weeks ago and you can hear it on this weeks Burning World program below. The single comes in lovely pink vinyl and is worth buying just to sit and look at spinning round on your turntable. The Rifles release their debut album on 17th July and it is yet another contender for the top of the end of year lists. Eleven jerky pop/punk anthems each of which leave most of their peers sat in the shade. This'll still be on my ipod at Christmas.www.therifles.co.ukwww.myspace.com/therifles
Austria apparently hasn't changed much since WW2, when they, along with Germany, led the nazis. Now, as the International Herald Tribune (via No Pasaran and Davids Medienkritik) reports, these rifles, built by Steyr-Manlicher, are being used by terrorists to murder soldiers in Iraq:LONDON: Sophisticated rifles supplied to Iran by an Austrian arms company are finding their way into the hands of Iraqi insurgents, a British newspaper reported Tuesday.American troops have recovered more than 100 "Steyr .50 HS" rifles in Iraq, part of an Austrian consignment of 800 such weapons delivered to Iran over American protests that they could be given to insurgents, the Daily Telegraph reported. The Austrian government approved the sale of the rifles, made by precision weapons maker Steyr Mannlicher GmbH, after it concluded in 2004 that they would be used to fight narcotics smugglers."We checked the proposal very thoroughly," Austrian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Astrid Harz said, noting that the si
