A trainer on the set for Rick Ross' new video was attacked by a white tiger which was featured in The Boss's new video "Here I Am" featuring Nelly. The tiger became aggravated after being entangled in chains and attacked the trainer, biting him on his leg as he attempted to coax the animal out of its cage. The attack happened before Nelly arrived on the set. The trainer managed to get the tiger back into its cage, before he was treated on the set by paramedics. The name of the trainer has not been reported. Rick Ross is living up to the title of his hit single “The Boss,” as the Miami rapper’s new album sophomore disc landed at Billboard’s #1 spot in its first week.The Soundscan totals, according to MTV, show that Trilla pushed more than 198,000 units. His first album, 2006’s Port of Miami, sold 187,000 copies.“I'm just trying to get ahead and make bigger moves,” Ross said in an interview with MTV. “It's that movement. The industry is still there. That's what that shows."Ross outsold Snoop Dogg’s Ego Trippin’ and Fat Joe’s Elephant In The Room. While Ego Trippin’ debuted at #3 on the charts, its 137,000 copies sold is the lowest first week sales total amongst the rest of Snoop's studio albums. Elephant sold 46,000 copies, landing in the chart’s #6 spot.Ross said that

According to Generation Hip-Hop, Rick Ross' sophomore cd beat out Snoop "Ego Trippin". Ross sold an impressive 127k albums while Snoop went on to sell 80k. I think this may have a little bit to do with the fact that Snoop's album was being sold for $15.99 at Target. He definitely lost a buyer in me when I saw that price. And, with gas prices as high as they are, I sure wasn't going to drive around looking for the best price on his cd. Not that anyone cares but Fat Joe sold 33k. Speaking of album sales, Rocko Da Don's cd is being released today. I'm going to take a rough guess and put his 1st week numbers at 40k.
