I have a question that I think needs answering from more people than just myself (which is why I'm asking the question):Is it unethical for me to enter into contests on a blog I do reviews for even if I'm told it's okay by the owner of the blog?I ask this question because SQT of F & SF Lovin' Book Reviews often has some really good little contests for free books. As most of you know I do reviews for that blog. So, while SQT says that it's okay for me to enter, I feel some apprehension because I have a feeling that there is something unethical about it. Some part of me doesn't feel right about entering those contests because I get this sense that I shouldn't be entering seeing how I'm a member of the reviewing crew. What do you think on this issue? Michael Jackson is in the process of looking at some proposals to determine his future, which includes a few of them performing in Las Vegas.  Jackson is currently living in Las Vegas and doesn’t feel the need to make a decision right away, according to his spokeswoman, Raymone Bain. Somebodies been on at me to review another document which I’ve had for a couple of months and can now understand. Trouble is I can’t review coz I’d just about trash the whole thing. I know what its supposed to say but its written so confusingly just about every sentence needs amending. Half of the problem is that its written by someone who’s first language is not English. Anyway I’ve tried to straighten it out but the author ain’t gonna like it as its embarassing. He’ll probably try and imply that I’m not up to the job as I obviously have so much trouble understanding it. That ain’t gonna work coz nobody will believe him. Blogging has been a lot of fun for me. I love the internet and spend copious amounts of time surfing the web. Writing about my experiences in Seoul has been great and the response I get from readers around the world really motivates me to keep on writing (plus the fact 90% of my posts are food related also helps too).My interest in blogging peaked when I stumbled across Darren Rowse at ProBlogger.net as he has managed to earn his living by blogging full time (it bought his house). I'm not saying that I am aspiring to do this (maybe one day) but it opened my eyes to the potential one has by utilizing the web. Another full time blogger is John Chow (who is from Vancouver, BC). I found out from John Chow that they are fairly selective in what blogs they choose to add to their network.

... Please don't put the letter of the pattern view as part of the pattern number when writing a review because then all of the related reviews for a particular pattern won't link together. For example, I just reviewed 03-2007-103. There are 4 other reviews linked to mine, but there are really 5 more than those listed under 03-2007-103B. That "B" splits 'em up into separate listings/linkings. When someone wants to read *all* the reviews for a particular pattern, they won't know to also look under "A", "B", etc. to pull up more. I only found the "B" listing for this pattern by accident because I stumbled onto one in the sidebar "rotisserie." Also, if any of the reviewers who used "B" to name their review are reading this, if you change your pattern number to exclude that "B", it will then link with the other non-B's.
