I realised yesterday that for so long I had been missing simple things like kissing, proper full on passionate kissing and being able to simply caress another person. The first three of the six testimonies, the seventh having been lost due to technical difficulties, are the longest and best constructed. The last three strike me as having been thrown in to hit a couple of talking points that needed emphasis.
Apparently the youths were snatched up by Jesus, and shown heaven. Despite the headline, Revelations of Heaven and Hell to 7 Youths, only two mention Hell, and that in passing. Once at Heaven the angels (Testimony 1)… oh, wait, Jesus (Testimony 2) opened the Gates and let the kids go inside. There is a tree, a field of flowers, fish that caress your body and that don’t freak out when you take them out of the water.

From connotations to revelationsSometimes, instead of joining my London family (my blessed bar staff colleagues), I go visit other ones in different points of London. I love how in England each pub has its own little culture, mini society carrying its personalized flavour. I happily joined my lovely flatmate for a night out in her pub, and she managed to hook us up with two boys she had gone out with before. She said they were Aussie swimming instructors with the typical surfer look. “Nice” I thought, “let’s go out and have a fun night with the two boys!” We met at her bar and started to have drinks, a fun chat (taking advantage of the 2 for 1 cocktail pitchers which gave us the illusion of access to free pouring). We went to a few bars after that, along with a superficial boy-girl flirt. They were really nice boys, but something about them seemed a little strange.
