I am in the middle of a verse by verse study of the book of Revelation. This book, though I thought I understood most of it, still left me feeling a little confused about some things. Here I want to share what I have learned and hope you will join in the discussion.Revelations is a book of sequences. It is very chronological, both literally and prophetically. The first three chapters of the book of Revelation reveal John's visions of Jesus and the Church Age (the Church Age being from the time of the first Pentecost until the "Rapture" of the Church.) Chapter 4 and on reveals things to come in the future. Revelation 1:19 states it this way: "Write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after this."While reading the book of Revelation and studying it, I came to the realization that though the word "Rapture" does not occur in the English translations of the bible (though the Latin version "rapere" does occur in Latin translations)

It helps to switch off my mind and enables me to wind down after a hectic day. I usually use wax crayons in my drawings. I guess I’ve always been that way since a child. I like the grain effect that crayons produce. Lately, I’ve been designing stained glass windows using the grain effect to enhance the drawings.I think that the Hebrew children must have loved to draw as well. Maybe they made pictures in the sand or chalked drawings on the rocks. However, they were under a strict prohibition not to make an image and then glorify it.

Yesterday, I vowed to use five ingredients languishing in my pantry, or to die trying. Today, since I had some very ripe bananas, I decided to make banana bread. I made two subsequent decisions that led to the most flavorful, tender example of banana bread I have ever personally tasted. First, I decided to try Mark Bittman’s banana bread recipe from How to Cook Everything. Second, I decided to start my Pantry Reject Challenge by using my Manischewitz Cake Meal instead of regular flour called for in the recipe. This banana bread is, seriously, to die for. It is infinitely better than what I have made using my previously posted recipe. It is tender, flavorful, moist, with a slightly crisp crust, and has a nice complexity from the unsweetened coconut and the nuts. I also like it better with butter instead of oil. The other day while chatting with Peter one of my very old penpals I was struck by something that he asked me point blank. What would be the thing that I would like to change about myself? I have had a brilliant idea for a story. I have recently been building my knowledge of writing skills by reading multiple books on writing. And, I've come up with a really cool story idea. I've tried fantasy (like three years ago, and I actually got 50 pages down before the plot fell apart), I've tried one set in the modern age (that would be Malckem, and I actually still like that idea, he's just on the back burner), and now, I'm going to try sci-fi. Like outer space Sci-Fi, but there're no aliens. It is a much more realistic space age... or at least from my point of view.

It is a matter of mixing and mastering the final product. I am in between two astoundingly talented producers to have the album mixed as well as mastered, (which isnt cheap esp for a guy shelling the dough on his own).
