The highlight of my KL trip recently was our "Malaysian Wire Jewelers Rendezvous" at Sunway Pyramid two nights ago. It was our very FIRST (face to face) meeting after we got to know each other online. As I am not a KL'lite, Shuku came and meet me at Holiday Villa and from there we took a cab to meet up with Corra at Sunway Pyramid. Apparently we waited at the wrong place (Sunway Pyramid is just so huge) but Corra found us anyway.The meeting went very well. I was quite nervous initially but we hit if off immediately. The past weekend and Chinese New Year holidays were filled with family affairs. Two of Pato's nephews who are also brothers were getting engaged. The eldest, Nuriman had his engagement on the 2nd day of Chinese New Year.
With the Chinese New Year holidays, Pearl used the 1st day to carry out all the preparation works. Nuriman wanted a blue theme but Pearl had a twist of white added for feminitiy and used basket trays rather than the traditional trays with the stand to give a rustic look.Impressively Pato's nephew had a superb hands on trade just like his father.
