2009 New Perodua MPV Perodua will launch a new three row 6-seater MPV in September 2009. Datuk Hafiz likened it to a Toyota Wish, but a smaller version. I wonder what could this be based on. Can’t really think of any compact 6-seaters from Daihatsu/Toyota other than the Daihatsu Gran Max, but that’s more of a Rusa-like van.Anyway whatever it is, it’s something to look forward to next year. 2
Road and Track has taken an early speculative look at what Tesla’s Model S sedan may look like. Of course, it’s impossible to know for sure how close this rendering may be to the real thing, but it’s always fun to guess, right? We can see some clear inspiration taken from the company’s first effort, [...]
Can’t help “showing off” these pics….afterall they’re a sight to behold! (Click to zoom in on pic.)
Will the buildings (from rendered pics) become a reality one day?

Lies. Damn lies and speculation. Rumor would be another way to put it, as word of a potential convertible version of the Ferrari 430 Scuderia spreads across cyberspace. Tentatively referred to as the 430 Scuderia Spider, the roadster would naturally be based on the lightweight, Enzo-rivaling 430 Scuderia supercar, but with the roof chopped off.Various reports have given conflicting information abo

Home health care facilities engross healing services and other trained attendants as well as nursing care services. These have turn out to be essential, as citizens feel like staying at home when they receive [...]
When rumours of a model as mouthwatering as an open-top version of the Ferrari 430 Scuderia surface, one thing you can guarantee is that the first renderings are not far round the corner. We can now tell you that this corner is now sitting firmly in our rear view mirrors after expert renderer and photoshopper Jon Sibal has put together this small of group of renderings for the world to peer over.I
As soon as David Richards & Co took over the Aston Martin brand that had stagnated under the stewardship of Ford, the rumours began to surface of a new supercar being launched. These rumours were confirmed to be true just a few short weeks a go when the British marque released the first teaser image of the Aston Martin One-77.For some people this teaser image wasn't enough, especially in the
AutoExpress' artists worked their magic on the next generation BMW Z4 and even though the exterior is more appealing than its predecessor, what lies beneath the evolved flame-surfacing has us aching to get behind the wheel. As reported before, the next Z4 will feature a retractable hard top, but a cloth roof will continue to be offered on entry-level models. Motivation will come in several differen
This looks like the start of cyber reality coming to ‘life’ right in our own home. Just like back in the days when I had to go on school excursions to the Science Centre to interact with objects in virtual reality.
The technology in use in this particular interactive cyber-maid toy is called ‘Dennoh [...]

The Honda S2000 has been on the US market since 1999, and although it's long in the tooth, the rev-happy two-seater still brings joy to drivers with its well-balanced RWD goodness. We're looking forward to an all-new S2000, and according to a few Japanese magazines, we can expect to see the S2K's replacement in 2010. One mag commissioned the above rendering, which incorporates clean, angular lines
AutoExpress is just as interested in the styling of the next NSX as the rest of us are, so they pressed a digital artist into action to 'chop the shots of the car running on the Nurburgring. What they've come away with isn't nearly as bad as we thought it might be on our last podcast. It still looks like a hotted-up Accord Coupe in some ways, though the lines and proportions are rather classic, a
Rendered images of the soon to come iControlPad for iPhone have been posted for those awaiting the device. Also some frequently asked questions have been answered:- Yes the headphone port will be easy to access.- Yes we will make a version for the iTouch (and maybe some other devices too).- Yes (currently) you will need to be running Jailbreak.- Yes we have applied for a patent.- Yes we intend to s
This is just a rendered speculation on what the RX-9 should look like. Done by the forum poster Rhoadwh over at Fomoconews. I think this is an awesome design that would look absolutely spectacular coming down the road. This design has taken some of the best pieces of two of Mazda's current concept cars the Taiki and Furai. Very nicely done piece from Rhoadwh.via autoblog
Any day with a new Italian supercar is a good day. Today, then, is such a day, brought to you by one of the most stoic names inside or outside the business. Those in the know will recognize the name as belonging to Giotto Bizzarrini, the sportscar guru whose career brought him to the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo and Iso. Among his most famous creations were the iconic Ferrari 250 GTO
We've seen details of the forthcoming Nissan 350Z replacement, dubbed the 370Z on account of a bump in displacement to 3.7 liters for its next-gen VQ V6 engine, and we also know that it will debut this November at the L.A. Auto Show. Nissan even revealed its own version of a quirky teaser shot showing the car's profile. A recent presentation held somewhere on this floating orb we call Earth, howev
The renderings, I think, of the upcoming Sony Ericsson P5 smartphone don't get more real than this. Sadly, these images are just that -- renderings. Nope, they're not real. But I'm certain that when the real thing finally comes along, they're going to look extremely similar. Continue reading for more "realistic" pics of the Sony Ericsson P5 smartphone.[Just AMP]
There’s probably a few clunkers in DaVinci’s sketchbook, too. Looking more gnarled than Van Gogh’s Potato Eaters hand studies, Ivan Volkov’s Porsche Traveller concept picks up design ideas from the Matchbox Fandango, though it doesn’t look like the spare wheel on the Traveller incorporates Rolamatic action. Rather than heap massive derision on Volkov’s renderings, it [...]
There's probably a few clunkers in DaVinci's sketchbook, too. Looking more gnarled than Van Gogh's Potato Eaters hand studies, Ivan Volkov's Porsche Traveller concept picks up design ideas from the Matchbox Fandango, though it doesn't look like the spare wheel on the Traveller incorporates Rolamatic action. Rather than heap massive derision on Volkov's renderings, it would be interesting to get a deeper explanation of the design goals and features incorporated in this car. The SUV/CUV appears to have a pickup-like division between the front and rear body sections, and one thing's for sure, it's got absolutely no chance of seeing production without much further refinement. We'll grant that the Cayenne isn't the most classically handsome conveyance to roll out of Zuffenhausen, but Volkov's T
Release date still completely tentative, but as the game has recently been released in Japan the wait really can’t be much longer folks. As previously mentioned, Street Fighter IV will feature 3D rendered characters and backgrounds, but will still play in your traditional 2D style, hence creating a unique “2.5D” look. Newcomer Crimson Viper also [...]
From the Oregonian:The owner of a new condo and office complex northeast of the Sellwood Bridge is suing Multnomah County and the city of Portland, claiming that it hasn't been able to sell a single unit because of publicity about moving the bridge. In a lawsuit filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court, Wasson Properties claims that because the county and the city have talked about possible plans to build a new bridge just north of the current bridge, potential buyers are afraid that might mean the new condo-commercial complex will be demolished."The uncertainty of what's going to happen makes this building very unattractive," said Jim Marvin, the attorney who filed the suit Monday. "Who wants to buy a condo that's going to be ripped down?"According to the suit, Wasson Properties talked to t
We've already seen a rough sketch of the new Meriva concept from Opel/Vauxhall, but after a rendered image began leaking out onto the interwebs this week, GM's European division decided to put out a new image and a more extensive press release. The Meriva concept, set to make its debut in Geneva early next month, is being touted by GM as the future of flexibility and practicality. The automaker is heavily pitching the Meriva's major innovation dubbed FlexDoors, which are what we've all come to know and love as "suicide doors." The rear-hinged back doors supposedly offer easier ingress and egress, better aesthetics and greater safety for the little ones when you're strapping them down in thier child seats. Cool, but hardly what we'd consider truly innovative. We'll let you know how innovati

For profit orientated entities, revenue is the "bloodline" of the businesses. The cash collected from invoicing or billing is vital in keeping the businesses up and running – meeting all sorts of daily expenses. Depending on the nature of the businesses, the sales invoices or bills issued to customers are for the sale of goods or services rendered. Generally the invoices or bills issued could be on cash term (pay on delivery of goods or services performed) or on credit term (e.g. 30 days, 60 days, 90 days etc). I have discussed in length the day book used in recording sales, the sales ledger and posting to the relevant accounts in the general ledger in my post:General Ledger? Journals? Day Books? Debtors Ledger? Creditors Ledger? Trial Balance . The double entry for recording both the c
The next 7-Series could say goodbye to its current bluff-sided barge proportions. According to the latest renderings, a lower, wider, larger car swoops up from a front that takes cues from the CS concept to a rear in which there are no remaining traces of the Bangle Butt. We have always been fans of the 7-Series, and would greatly welcome a return to elegance -- even if it's the brutish elegance of this rendering. We would also welcome a new interior, and word is that it will be equally redone. And that (pesky) iDrive? The annoying knob will be made ever more user friendly we're told, which shouldn't be too difficult considering the starting point. It appears the last user friendly upgrade to the iDrive wasn't as friendly as BMW thought. This time it will also get Google Maps and iPhone connectivity. Intriguingly, the gear shift could return to the center console instead of being on the steering column stalk.Engines will start out at 3.0 liters (probably gas and diesel variants, bu
It was just a week ago when Officer Chuck Cassidy went after the bad guy who robbed a Dunkin Donuts coffee shop and suffered a gun shot that ended his live. The brave officer died honorably while serving the city of brotherly love, that he loved so much.I drove by the memorial that was set up outside the crime scene last night and was able to witness people stopping by in Cassidy's remembrance. NBC10 news trucks showed up later whilst I was in the neighborhood to continue their coverage.Today the city mourns his lost and pays him the most highest respects. There were over 10,000 people to attend the funeral.Officer Chuck Cassidy's killer was located and captured in Miami, Florida. The suspect gave a public confession and apology, and shall willingly return to Philly to face justice.Lets
It’s not official yet. There is still some paper work to be done and some hoops to jump through, but the adoption peeps are recommending our application be approved.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
I will say this was by far the MOST humiliating experience of my life to have my personality ripped apart in front of a group of strangers and my husband. Turns out I really am bat shit crazy.
But not the ‘throw me into a padded room and wrestle with the straight jacket’ variety of crazy.
More the ‘control freak, aggressive, chew your faces off and eat your young, strong personality’ type of crazy.
I’ll take it.
Oh, and the adoption peeps know about the blog.
Ya. Good times. Nothing like digging your own grave and eating a little crow.
Let’s all say hello and thank you to the nice ladies who I have mocked and terrorized over the course of the year, shall we?
I now think they shoot rainbows and sunbeams out their backsides.

Last Thursday evening, I participated in the reading of a new play at the Young Playwrights, Inc., Fifth Avenue, Upper East Side, New York City -- and I was paid!! It's the first time I've been paid for acting services directly rendered.
It was also my first reading -- however, I've seen readings of plays, so I knew, sort of, how to participate in one. Nevertheless, leaving as little to chance as possible, I saw Deborah, my acting coach, to go over the scenes I was in. I was minor supporting character -- not too large, but large enough.
Basically, a reading is a well prepared cold reading that you do with other actors. There's a couple of "tricks," at least for me. It's critical that I understand what's really going on with the character without making ANY assumptions. Everything is based in the text, but often that's hard for me to get: the mistake I make is assuming too much, or trying to do to much, trying to make more of it than what's really there. If that's d
Monitor Duty offers another explanation why, even if pamphlet issues weren't becoming as expensive as they are these days, I still wouldn't buy 52. Because
Ralph [Dibny] as he is being written just doesn't even seem like the character I knew. He's almost mean, and terribly self-centered.And there we have it. Where Ralph belongs is in the comedy genre, not in some money-fleecer where he's turned unrecognizable from what his characterization should really be like and was to begin with in the Silver Age. It's really sad how DC missed a big chance to feature Ralph and Sue Dibny in a miniseries where they could go the slapstick adventure route again, instead turning them inside out in tune with what they think should be tone of comic books now.
As if that weren't bad enough, it would seem as if Ralph offers a minor the chance to drink alcohol:
Panel 7. Ralph offers the flask to Wonder Girl, and she sniffs it and says, "Eeew. No." So it must be something awful. Great. So Ralph's glug
