A new study from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) shows this protective effect is closely linked to how much hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is produced from garlic compounds interacting with red blood cells.The UAB researchers found this interaction triggered red blood cells to release H2S, which then led to the relaxation of blood vessels. Fresh garlic was used at a concentration equal to eating two cloves. I kept looking at these pictures and wondering if Paris Hilton had lost weight, gained weight or had some work done to her teeth or something. Then it hit me, she is just geniunely happy and her smile is real, not plastered on for the camera like we are used to. Maybe jail has given her a new outlook on life.
Jessica Biel certainly doesn't need to do any extra work to get herself Oscar ready -- the girl is always in outstanding shape. She must be excited, though, because this weekend will be her first time on stage at the Oscars!
