I’ve done some homework on this story, about five minutes work, and it looks like Bill O’Reilly is going to be debating Alf tonight on the O’Reilly Factor. Alf, as in the alien puppet from the 80s. This can’t be real. No way in hell can this be serious. Is this some kind of tie in to illegal aliens or something?
This might not be the best way to entice people into taking you more seriously. This is the kind of stuff I would do for Christ sakes.

This friday a friend of mine invited me to go see a local Christian group. I don't know if I have ever expressed my personal tastes in CCM, but I tend think the greater majority of it is crap. There are several exceptions to that rule like 3rd Day, Delirious, or The Supertones. Now having had the opportunity to witness the craptacular performances of many local artists while working in a cafe (I've seen some so bad they chased customers from the room) ever so often one does pop out to show real promise and a potential to go national. That is more than the case for the band Reilly. All I can say is wow! Their music was upbeat and poppy with moments of really bold music writing delving deeper than the typical three chord mantra. For one they had a violin player occassionally joined by a second violin! Though they tended to be more on the arty side they weren't overhanded about it. Sorry, I tend to find the more art/rock to get kind of boring which is why I shy away from Sufjan Stevens

He also referred to him and Democrats like him as “touchy feely liberals”. Well then, I guess I am a “touchy feely liberal.” I am not going to call Bill any names here, I am just going to show why John Edwards and other Democrats like him, would be more successful than President Bush has been on the war on terror. If John Edwards was elected or any other “touchy feely liberal” for that matter, Osama bin Laden would loose his biggest recruitment tool. The war in Iraq has helped Al-Qaeda recruit more terrorists than ever and it has given Al-Qaeda American targets closer to home. The Associated Press got a story right; well, at least partially right.We recently reported how Media Matters, CNN, and MSNBC, intentionally misrepresented a story about Bill O'Reilly. They blatantly called him a racist when in fact he was making statements against racism.Considering that being called a racist is one of the worst names to be labeled, what the MSM did was beyond deplorable. If I were Bill, I would sue CNN, MSNBC, and Media Matters for defamation.Amazingly, the Associated Press reported this story accurately. Someone seemed to have helped Billo with the pronounciation of Nas’s name this time around, but other the that, the negativity persists.
