Arista Records are being sued by former tartan Army band The Bay City Rollers who claim they are owed millions in unpaid royalties.
The Bay City Rollers were a huge act back in the 70’s and say that Arista have withheld payments from commercials, film rights, album sales, merchandise, and ringtone sales for the last 25 years.
Arista, now owned by Sony BMG has declined to comment on the matter of the legal action filed in the New York District Court.
Bay City Rollers hits include Saturday Night, Bye Bye Baby, and Give a Little Love amongst others.
