      Epsom Salt Recipies
All Recipes from Enzyme StuffRecipe 1from Karen D: Heat some Epsom salts with a little water to dissolve them. I put about one teaspoon of water in three tablespoons of salts and microwave for a minute or so. Add more water if necessary. Then mix this into around four ounces of any lotion or cream you like. I have used suntan lotion, handcream, cocoa butter, body lotion, aloe vera cream, whatever I find that is on sale or inexpensive without the chemicals I am trying to avoid. Search for recipies based on ingredients or what's in your fridge
Unfortunately for me, my wife is in India and my mother is out of town for the weekend, leaving me alone in the house...so instead of just going out and getting some fatty unhealthy food, I decided to get a recipe from a friend and cook up some food French style baby! I have no idea what the name of the dish is, all I know is that I used butter, flour, vegetables, milk, cheese, salt and pepper. And it tasted pretty damn good considering that's the first dish I've ever tried my hand at (I don't count Ramen noodles and grill cheese!)! Now you're wondering whether I have lost my mind since this is supposed to be a computer blog, not a self help cooking blog! Well, there's where CookingByNumbers.com comes into play. It's a pretty interesting web site where you can pick what ingredients you have in your fridge and it'll come up with recipes that match whatever you have!
