There were two stretches where the Pens scored two goals in less than a minute.I still think the Rangers will win the series. I'll still stick to them winning in 5, unless they lose tomorrow. Começo por dizer que vi o jogo da primeira mão, foi um jogo equilibrado com poucas oportunidades de golo e o 0-0 no fim é naturalmente um resultado justo.
Acredito que amanhã, jogando em casa, com praticamente toda a equipa disponível o Sporting dominará o Rangers. Espero mais posse de bola, ataques, remates, etc.

The Devils had a brutal third period, and the Rangers played flawless in the third as they beat the Devs, 4-1, in a game that sounded like it was being played at Madison Square Garden. I hate to admit it, but Martin Brodeur played perhaps his worst game ever in the playoffs. Brutal, he was, actually. Oh well — on to Game 2 (of course, based on tonight, that's what I'm afraid of).

The Texas Rangers had their home opener spoiled by the Baltimore Orioles Tuesday afternoon, losing in an 8-1 blowout at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Ian Kinsler had the only run batted in on the day, scoring David Murphy in the seventh inning. Meanwhile, Jason Jennings' woes continued on the mound as he gave up four runs on seven hits, including a pair of homers. He was pulled after two outs in the fifth inning and was tagged with the loss. The series is set to continue tonight at 7:05 p.m., with left hander Kason Gabbard taking the mound for Texas against Baltimore right hander Steve Trachsel.
Where are the Baltimore Orioles who we thought would suck and what has been done with them? In another combination team effort at the plate, backed the impressive outing by Brian Burres (yes, folks I have spelled his name right finally), Baltimore beat Texas, 8-1.Luke Scott and Scott Moore homered for the Orioles while Aubrey Huff, who's hotter than hell right now went 4-for-4, nearly missing a home run, and had 4 RBIs.Granted, it may all change next week, but things could not be any better at the moment.Trachsel is on the hill for us Wednesday night, as Baltimore goes for it's seventh win in a row.
