Well today is February 1st and it was one year ago that I started Video Rambler, although it did not get that name until March. The first video I post was "500kV Switch Opening" which is still a really cool video to watch if you have not seen it yet. Video Rambler has become a great hobby for me to do, and in many ways has replaced my television watching habit in the evenings, except for Corner Gas. Video Rambler has already out lived some other similar video blogs out there, most notably Google Video of the Day (GoogleTube) which in many ways was the inspiration for this video blog. I still try to post videos that I find interesting, funny and unique while staying away from those videos of people hurting themselves, being publicly embarrassed or generally doing stupid things.I hope you have enjoyed the last year of Video Rambler and I look forward to many more interesting, funny and unique videos in the next year.
