      Rainy Days
There are many times when the weather is less than ideal.  It may begin to rain during your round or even before your round starts.  Most golfers will choose to stay inside and sit their round out if they are not in a tournament.  However, competitive junior golfers will occaisionally face nasty weather during tournament [...]

Rainy days and Mondays sometimes cheer me up
It rained like crazy a couple of Saturdays ago with thunder and lightning and everything. I had a couple of friends over so they got stuck with me for the night. The balcony fittings were falling apart so we spent some time tying down the blinds that were flapping around as it were possessed. We got quite wet and cold but I didn't have any milk to make hot chocolate. It would have been a great sle

Rainy Days are Here Along with Colds and Illnesses
I often feel so distressed and freaked out whenever my child gets sick. She rarely gets sick and the usual sickness would be coughs, colds and occasional fever. It really pains me to see my child get sick and not her usual active self.  This usually happens during rainy season. More often than not a [...]

      Rainy Days and Mondays
It was threatening rain this morning so I opted against going for a lengthy stroll.  Instead I walked the few blocks to the home of my dearest friend.  Some of you may know him as he was once an active blogger here, I won't mention his name though because he has asked me not to.   He is several years younger than I and we became friends quite by chance.  We traveled in differen

Prophets, Sharks, and Preparing for the Rainy Days
Recently my wife and I spent some time in the Florida Keys.  It was amazing and nice to get out of the cold Seattle weather. One evening under a full moon, we decided to walk along the beach and enjoy the amazing smells and sounds of the ocean.  We came upon a pier that went a [...]

      Rainy Days and Wednesday!
I thought rainy days just only happened a couple of days ago, but it has been two weeks now that the rains came falling here in MI. Well, honestly I preferred snow than the rain because with snow, you can't be wet while rain is a liquid, supposedly you get totally wet eh! hehehe! I was exaggerating again. Anyway, rainy days only shows that spring time is almost here that the winter season is gone, since it is not snowing anymore and when it is not snowing then it is not as cold now as before, well, that's a good thing to hear! I love snow but it is quite a boredom when it seems forever! Plus, the static and dryness it brings...so it is totally irritating sometimes.Well, just looking forward for the spring time, oh it is tomorrow! Spring will start tomorrow, March 20th. Well, have a happy

Day 10 ... Rainy Days and Sundays
Why are Sundays filled with sadness and gloom? They are the February of days, the dark ages of time, the black hole of the universe.I hate them. I feel lonelier than on any other day. I allow my imagination to run wild and then am even more let down when faced with the foolishness of my fanciful, whimsical thoughts. I am embarrassed that my mind can wonder so freely and yet so specifically into scenarios and at the same time they offer me my only solace from the doldrums of the day.Today, I was thinking would be different. I was hoping to awake and see the sun through my window and sense the continuation of the beautiful weather in our nation's capital. But the sky is thick with dense, sticky clouds. My plans of basking the sun while continuing through Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged (AMAZING), and taking dips in the chilled blue pool were over. I was left in my bed to think about Sunday in all its...Sundayness.....Read more of this post...

      Rainy Days Are Here…Finally!
Dry spells are one of the leading headlines in most countries in Asia today, owing to the fact the delay in storms and rains that have made people worried of the adequacy of their water supply. It can be noticed that some people have turned towards cloud seeding to bring in temporary rains. However, this is not enough and much of the demand for quality water depends on the number of residents located in specific regions such as the Philippines.Tropical depression storms are slowly coming in one by one. Most people dread them because they cause havoc and obvious inconvenience towards the normal ways of carrying out daily chores. But the reality is, without these supposed natural occurrences, people will find some sort of inconvenience when they have to resort to practices such as water conservation to ensure that there is enough natural resources such as water for everyone situated in a particular region. The good thing about finally witnessing the downpours is that the dry season is

      Rainy Days Bring Sleepy Spells
The best climate for people to enjoy sleep is perhaps when they have nothing to do due to some natural limitations such as rains and storms. In these cases, people would usually find themselves in their homes left with little things to do. Among them include that of being groggy and ending up simply want to get some sleep even for some short spells. A lazy resort for sure, but given the circumstances, people are really left with limited options. Cold climates will surely make any person groggy. Who wouldn’t? Anyone would want the best atmospheric setup possible and rains bring in the cold spells anyone can simply sleep along with. Rainy days and Tuesdays
Yesterday we went to our interview/showing, at the two bed for 675 and all utilities paid. There was definably a catch. It is small. No dishwasher, and no W/D hookups. One bedroom is the size of our master now, the other one is smaller then the kid's room now. We figured if we get the place, we would take the smaller one that would most likely just fit our bed, and then the other one, we would in cooperate all the boys into. We have a bunk bed, and all we need now is another twin mattress that we can use to tuck under the bunk bed when not in use. Because the bed that Tonka has now is a slug bug toddler bed, as much as I like it, it is an odd shape, and just waaay to big for what we need. So we figured he would be the one to use the twin mattress that tucks away. There hasn't been any applicants on the place yet either, we were the first one's to even look at it, and it's only been available for a week. Which is really cool. We might have a chance at this one, considering we still
