Northfield Center Township, Ohio (ThaLunatic Daily) -- April Nellie, a 31 year old woman has been charged with cheating the Northfield Elementary School reverse raffle after she was caught rigging the tickets and winning 6 times.As a result, she has been officially charged with cheating, a 5th degree felony.According to the Summit County Sheriff's Department, Nellie had been placed in charge of maintaining the raffle tickets for the January 25th PTA raffle drawing. Police say Nellie rigged the raffle by purchasing 1,943 tickets at a local party store.
